Dairy Queen

We came to this location for their children’s miracle network charity event. A portion of every blizzard purchased goes to the charity. We started with dinner, both of us ordering regular cheeseburgers, but we were given bacon cheeseburgers instead. This would typically not be a complaint… who doesn’t want bacon? BUT, the bacon on both burgers was not cooked. Perhaps the bacon is par-​cooked before arriving at the restaurant, but this had not been thrown onto the grill to finish the cooking process. I am pregnant and cannot have undercooked meats, nor would I ever eat raw bacon even if I was not pregnant. I was hesitant to even eat the burger considering the fact that the sandwich had now been contaminated by the undercooked bacon but I’m a champ, and just pulled it off before eating the burger. I understand that they were busy, and perhaps overlooked the bacon issue, but we hadn’t even asked for bacon, so there’s a chance that they mixed our order with someone else’s. Either way, the onion rings and blizzards were good, as well as the burgers after the raw bacon was removed. I’m sad to say, however, that undercooked meat is an automatic deduction of stars.

Uhm, for starters… Its a Dairy Queen so i wasn’t having high hopes across the board on this being a 5star establishment. That being said, when i went through the drive through they messed up my order, and when they went to fix it. I got just about the saddest excuse for a dipped cone there is. It was below 6 degrees out and it somehow was already melting by the time they reached over and gave it to me. Nevertheless, dairy queen is dairy queen and no matter where you go across the country, it’s going to be the same ice cream no matter what.

They are the worst there was bugs in my food and the manager was so rude and did not want to refund my money even after seeing the bugs this place is disgusting do not go here!!!
