I had a craving for sweet potato fries, which is the only reason I went out to dinner on a Wednesday night in the first place. So, the runner comes out with my order, and of course it’s regular fries. After an awkward pause, she asked us if that was okay, and I said no, not really. So then she said they’d make new ones and they’d be out in 5 mins. We didn’t eat the regular fries since we knew the ones we ordered were coming. 15 – 20 mins later, no new fries and we were finished the rest of the food. The waitress came back with the check and when I asked about the fries, she said they didn’t charge us for them. Really? What ticks me off about this is not the mistake, but just the complete carelessness of both the food runner and the waitress. If we’d at least known we weren’t going to get new fries, we would’ve eaten the other ones. A chain like Ruby Tuesdays should be working extra hard to ensure customers have a good experience given the hundreds of other places around here to eat. Also, the happy hour was lame… $ 1 off their crappy house wines and 2 appetizers. We won’t be coming back. Stewart’s is across the street and their food and service is 10x better.

The food is just awful… It all tastes processed. What do I expect… it’s chain. Nothing beats a restaurant with a chef cooking from fresh ingredients. This was our only option. Bear, DE is not exactly jumping. Just eeeewww! on everything. Including the dessert!

Went to ruby Tuesday’s because we wanted something close to home. nothing on the menu wasn’t listed as covered with parmesan sauce and every beer that was on the menu was unavailable. I for one try to eat healthy and don’t eat anything covered with parmesan cheese so I chose to order the grilled chicken salad, salad was full of bacon(which wasn’t advertised on menu and I don’t eat) and peas. The grilled chicken was fatty rib meat chicken & Nothing else! Who orderes a salad and wants peas and bacon with some chicken fat! WTF? Service was in personal and short. NEVERAGAINWILL I EATATRUBYTUSEDAYS! 80 dollars later… went home and made dinner from scratch! Not worth it!

I strongly recommend this Restaurant. Went to this restaurant today for the annual work holiday luncheon for a party of 6. Once again the food, service and overall environment was AWESOME. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the salad bar that was very fresh and had a nice variety of lettuce and cold salads and lots of fixings. I also had the new pretzel burger it was cooked to perfectly. The waitress service was flawless and the restaurant was very clean. One thing that is also important to me was that the background music in the restaurant was low enough to have conversations. Well done!

Stay away from the crab bites, they were not good. Over breaded and over cooked and not much crab. We told our waiter they were disgusting and he said sorry to hear that but they were still on our bill. No manager to be found. My wife ordered the Jamaican jerk shrimp, she said it was very good and very spicy. I got chicken Bella which I would say was ok(not bad, not spectacular). What happened to the salad bar? It was totally bland. Side items on it were not as good as they used to be. We won’t be back, the place is really not worth the cost of the meals

This Ruby Tuesday is in a strip mall just off US-40 eastbound. I had no problem parking this evening but your experience may vary because I noticed that parking is mostly just on one side of the building. Ruby Tuesday is good mainly for the salad bar but since my last visit, they raised the price of the Ruby Minis & salad bar combo by a dollar, so it’s not worth getting any more. Meanwhile, the fries are endless but you have to ask the server for each subsequent serving(which is a small plate of fries), so that tends to put a damper on the endlessness. On the plus side, they now serve complimentary garlic cheese biscuits. I had no problems with the service at this Ruby Tuesday. Also, the dining area and restroom seem pretty well-kept. However, my overall impression is, salad bar aside, Ruby Tuesday is now the most bland of all sit-down restaurant chains.
