Wendy’s

Sticky floors, unfinished orders, and a dimly lit enclosure. This dismal Wendy’s in the not so welcoming town of Bear, is one to be avoided. When we first walked in we were saddened by a dorm like inside because of the fluorescent lights that hung over the table. Next we saw a woman go back up to the counter multiple times complaining about things missing from their order. Then we saw the manager walking out, looking like he had just puff puffed a little, while his fly was down and his underwear was coming out of his pants. When we got our food, everything was freezing cold. The nuggets, fries, and burgers. The burgers were also missing specifically asked for bacon. All in all this Wendys is one that should be avoided.

First off… I would like to say that I NEVER leave reviews, but in this case…
I will make an exception!!!
This Wendy’s by far is the WORST Wendy’s I’ve EVER been in.
The Service was Extremely Horrible!
I came into the establishment feel greet… and left feeling angry and confused!
I ordered a new special that they have… 4 for $ 4.
Great deal! But all went south once my order was placed!
Myself, Plus other customers that was there at that time didn’t know
what was going on. Some even walked out. 20 mins wait time for food is unacceptable in a fast food restaurant.
Please re-​staff… or re-​train the staff… ASAP!!!

Got our order wrong twice. While we were eating we witnessed FOUR other people go up with wrong orders!
Do not waste your time going here! Instead drive a little further up 13 N to a new Wendy’s!

The bathroom is disgusting. The service is terrible. The clerk is and idiot, and none of them pay attention to the order

This has to be the worst wendys in the world. the place is dirty, drive thrue has long waits and staff is god awful rude. Im going to start a social media campaighn against this wendy un til they change their practices. Everyone stay away from here.

This is the worst Wendy’s on the planet. I have even written the corporate offices about this location. Always slow, rude, cold food, and incorrect orders. Never again!

I will never go here again. Every single time I place an order, it’s wrong. I’ll ask for «no cheese» and the burger will have 3 slices of cheese on it. I’ll ask for «no mayo» and they’ll forget to put the beef patty on the bun. Then, when I go back in after receiving my awful order, the employees act like I’m bothering them because they screwed up. I’m done wasting my time and money with these losers.
