Terrible nail salon. Long wait times and awful service. My nails broke a few days after getting them done and the toe polish on my feet also began to chip after a few days. The nail tech opted to paint my toenails with my personal sandals on and got nail polish all over them. These were very expensive sandals too. I definitely wouldn’t suggest coming to this nail salon.

I enjoyed going to this salon for several months. Great pedicure spa. My trouble began when Tish the owner did individual lashes. They were not even on both sides. She explained why she couldn’t add more on one side to make it even. It bothered me because I had a special occasion to go to. So 2 days later I returned and demanded to be a satisfied customer. She did comply but told me I was rude. I wouldn’t have to be rude if she fixed it when I first complained. Then she said I had big eyes. Her boyfriend/co-owner said I had big lips. As owners of a business they shouldn’t call clients names. I asked for silver polish on 2 nails and she insisted on beige. The customer is always right. I’m paying for what I want it to look like. They chopped off my eye brows. Worst service. They appear inviting but soon turned into a horror appearance.

Relaxing pedicure options — I recommend the deep or jelly. Good massage time, service, color options. Waxing was quick and well done as well. I will be back! Be sure to bring cash for a tip though, they do accept CC’s — but will not add tips on them.
