Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I don’t even know where to start. They quoted us one price and then when we went to make the final payment the week of our wedding it magically jumped up another $ 1500.00. They were supposed to have the tent set up on Wednesday but it wasn’t complete until Saturday (the day of the event). Then it started raining and leaked all over they had to come back and fix it a few hours before the wedding. The margarita machine wouldn’t power up and they had to come and replace it while guest were arriving. The manager/​owner was a complete jerk to my wife. I had to take off work and go in there and get things fixed because all he did was holler at my wife and tell her she was wrong. The men that were erecting the tent didn’t realize we had a friend that was fluent in Spanish there with us and the felt it necessary to comment about my wife and other women that were there helping us. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I have no idea how he is still in business. But his ego will soon catch up with him.
