I’m usually not a fan of phone/internet carriers because they’re shady about spiking up rates for no reason, and hiding b.s. in their fine print, but I’ve been fortunate to have a GREAT helper at this particular location. Chris Outlaw(don’t let the last name fool you) has been the best customer service representative I’ve probably ever done any business with in my life. He’s patient, helpful, and he is great about keeping in touch & keeping you updated when you have an issue. That guy needs a raise or a promotion! He’s the redeeming quality of the store’s awkward greeters who take your name at the door only to butcher the spelling of it on the big screens while you wait for almost an hour to be seen. I hope the other employees in the store will take note of Chris’s positive and helpful nature and apply it to their own customer service techniques!

This is really a 3 star review but to be fair the other review kind of didn’t give them the benefit of the doubt that in almost all of these large cell phone stores you get your name taken and wait till the next representative is free to help you. This also goes for Verizon and I’m sure for the larger T mobile stores. Came here to get a birthday gift for a friend and was in and out in about 30 minutes. This short time was helped because I already knew what I wanted but there is some sincerity and a push to be a good representation of the company here. Parking is ample. Store is very clean. Prices…well it depends on what you and the promotions that you are binded with. Have a good evening.

This was my second awful experience with customer service at this New At&t. I walked in to simply purchase a car charger for my iPhone, and some rep takes my name and checks me in to cyberspace. She did not inform me of a list of people waiting in line in order to be seen. As I selected my iPhone car charger, which took about 2 minutes, I’m ready to check out. I proceed to the cashier, and GUESSWHAT, there aren’t any cashiers to be found. Okkkkaaaaayyy I thought, what now? I then look around for some help to purchase the car charger, and was told there is a «Line» which she pointed to the bulletin board check-in I knew nothing about. I informed the at&t REP, I’m here to simply purchase a phone charger and would like to do so expediently, but notice there is «NOCASHIER» to do so. She said I would have to wait my turn in line in order of arrival. Folks, does it make since to you to wait my turn which could take anywhere from 1 minute to 2 hours as I am clueless what the people ahead of me are in the store for???(hence, you could have 5 people ahead of you to review, purchase, buy a phone plan for all 6 of their family members — — -And this store feels I must wait up to whatever timeframe till my turn comes up? I remind you, I am there to simply buy a phone charge — A 2 minute process! Never Again!
