LongHorn Steakhouse

Decided to drop by after work for a drink and order something to go. I sat at the bar. My service was great, however, all of the people around me at the bar were waiting on their to-​go orders. I counted six people total that were waiting. Three of those orders were incorrect, one had called ahead and the order was forgotten about and the other two that had called ahead were still waiting when I left.
The food is good, to-​go service bad. Just FYI in case anyone was thinking about ordering food. You’re better off eating in the restaurant.

At first I hesitated going to this establishment because of some of the reviews my friends and colleagues had about this place. So one day I decided to just go a head and try it out. The first thing I see wend u enter the restaurant is the open profile of the resturant. There is only a few separations here and there love the concept they got going on. The waitress came to our table an got our drink orders she prompt and we got our drinks right away, then she brought over to us this amazing loaf of bread really amazing bread. The we order I order the parmasian crusted chicken it was absolutely creamy and decadent. The best part of the whole deal is you can get sweet potato as your side not a lot of places around here offer this particular option. Over all I had a great experience here

We had dinner there with a large party. The wait staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They even checked the ingredients on one item to make sure it was vegetarian. Food was cooked to order, portion size was more than adequate.

Best steaks in beaumont, Order them medium rare. The burgers are also very good and it is looking like they are going to beat daddy-​o

Finally was able to try out the new Longhorn Steakhouse and must say I was impressed. My ribeye was could just right and had a great taste. Service was outstanding for the most part. Took some time getting drinks from the bar but can’t hold that against our waitress. Nice restaurant and I’m sure we will be back soon.

I doubt there is anything fresh here or that it is prepared fresh… They were out of corn but had «fresh» corn nuggets… They were unable to add hard boiled eggs to the salad I requested. The fresh fried kettle chips were delist and the lunch specials are more than Delish! The ¹⁄₃ steakhouse burger was more than filling and the sweet potato casserole had a hint of ginger in it which was a nice twist. The lunch specials are great and the beer on tap was ice cold! Can’t beat that all for $ 15!

Both times we’ve been there the food and service have been excellent. Prices are reasonable. I like it better than Hill Country by far.

We were really excited to go here for a good steak dinner but ended up being very disappointed. Front door service was awful. The hostesses acted like they were angry we were there. Our server was very sweet though, just not very knowledgable of the menu/​drinks. The bread before the meal was hard as a rock and the waitress said it is always prepared that way. We ordered two steaks, one Med the other MW but you would have thought we ordered rare and well done steaks. We didn’t send them back because we didn’t want to wait any longer. They tasted good. Just very salty. I would recommend finding a smaller local place or spending more money to go somewhere else if you want good steaks.

Arrived around 7pm parking lot near full. Was seated right away. WOW! Service was great, food was fantastic. Recommend the Crusted Cream Spinach and the 8oz Sirloin! Table and settings impressive. Silverware quality, steak knife hefty. Very impressed will definitely return.

I give them 2 stars just because the waitress was nice. The food though, was not great at all. I’m used to saltgrass juicy and tender steaks. This was horrible food.

New so expected a wait wasn’t too bad for a Saturday night. Hostess were awesome. went down hill from there. Ordered White Peach Sangria wasn’t good sent it back, for a glass of Moscato (can’t mess up wine right) well if the glass is dirty & has bugs in it you can. Didn’t notice it till after I had already drank it ugh. The wedge salad was good. but the rest of the food was just okay. Waitress sucked won’t be back too many other restaurants to choice from.

This is a good place to have a steak. My party was greeted by several of the staff there as soon as we entered. They were all smiles and courteous. We were seated promptly at a booth that was quite comfortable. Shortly afterwards, the waitress came and took our drink order. After deliberating for a fee minutes I finally choose the Flo’s Filet for my first time here with the loaded baked potato for a side. When it came out, it was cooked perfectly. It was moist, flavorful, and tender. There were even a few spots the knife practically fell through the steak without the need to cut. After we ate ate we were offered dessert, but I just couldn’t get my tummy to agree to being stretched with it. It looks fantastic though. One thing I really liked about this place, other than the food, is the elbow room between tables. I didn’t feel like a sardine in a can here. I didn’t have anyone accidently bump into me or even come close. That was fantastic. The only downside I could really find is that my waitress wasn’t completely educated on the menu items. Not to say she was bad though. She was very courteous and knew the answer to most questions we asked. To add to the atmosphere, they have some really nice art inside. From paintings, to statues, and a taxidermy longhorn head, it screamed this is a steak house. I will definitely be going back to try more of the cuisune.

My family and I decided to try LongHorn’s Steakhouse for dinner since it just opened not that long ago. We arrived around 9:30pm with a party of 7 including 2 kids. We were told that the wait was approximately 30mins. I didn’t understand why it took so long because there were plenty of empty seats. While waiting, we decided to browse the menu since we were all pretty hungry.
We then got seated and was greet by the waitress who took our drinks and appetizer. We ordered the spinach dip which was okay. The drinks and appetizer came out pretty quick along with the complimentary bread. The spinach dip was a bit to creamy to our tasting and you could hardly any taste of spinach.
My husband and I decided to share the Flo’s Filet (we upgraded it to a 8oz instead of the 6oz it came with) & Redrock Grilled Shrimp with the corn on the cob which was a $ 1.99 extra that the waitress didn’t tell us. But that’s okay, it looked good on the menu. My families ordered the New Hickory Salted Crusted NY Strip, the Renegade Sirloin, The Four Cheese Pasta, and a kid’s Chicken Tenders.
The food came out pretty quick. My Filet was a bit to dry and didn’t taste like filet at all but come to find out, the waitress didn’t give us the Flo’s Filet, she gave us the Renegade Sirloin instead but we were charged the Sirloin. That was very disappointing. The good thing was, it was cooked the way we wanted, medium. The shrimp was very flavorful and the corn was just alright. Wasn’t as great as it was featured on the menu. The NY Crusted NY Strip was pretty flavorful and juicy. The Renegade Sirloin was just okay. The Four Cheese Pasta was not so cheesy and it was way to dry.
Overall, it was an okay experience. When we received our bill, it was a little over $ 100. So that wasn’t to bad. On a side note, do check your bill when you get it. The waitress had upgraded The Salted Crusted NY Strip from a 10oz to a 14oz without us asking for it. We addressed her and she fixed it for us.
Although, it wasn’t the best experience, I will be back to try other things that looks appetizing on the menu.

It was ok, went at 3 on a Saturday. Restaurant was not full lots of empty tables but was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Went to the bar which had two other people sitting at it and had to ask the bartender to wipe off the granite to clean the food residue and crumbs off. Ordered a rum and diet —(house rum) and it was almost $ 7 in a small glass. Finally the buzzer thing went off and we am were seated. Food was ok nothing fantastic, I ordered the rockfish or something like that shrimp with tomato butter. Was just regular clarified butter not sure what tomato butter is before or after this meal. I probably will go back but there are lots of places to go that are as good as this without a wait for a half empty restaurant… just sayin.

Amazing experience, I took my entire family to eat and we all got steak and an appetizer and barely spent a little over a 100 $. The food was spectacular and the service they have was impeccable, I was craving steak and it was perfect. I also loved the atmosphere and cannot wait to go back. I also learned after I was done eating that they serve a homemade steak sauce that smelled so good, I cant wait to try it the next time I go in. I definitely will recommend to my friends the only complaint I might have is that they don’t take reservations and since I at times need a disabled friendly table and cant have a long wait, it easier to call ahead and make reservations so avoid the hassle but that’s a policy not something the local location can change.

Went last night and again for lunch today. Other than the server that kept staring at my wife and the manager today that decided to sit down next to her at our table uninvited, we really enjoyed our visits. The steak had an excellent flavor and the sampler appetizer is excellent. We will be dining here again soon and hope they can have a bit better manners this time.

We went for lunch, the wait was short, the service was great and the food was excellent. The food was cooked the way we ordered it and the prices were very reasonable. I’m the only one in our group to order a burger. It was excellent. It was thick and juicy, the flavor was fantastic and the sides were great. We will be going back on a regular basis.

Wow! What a great experience! My family and I were greeted at the front door by a friendly Hostess ! We then had a great Server who greeted us with a big smile and suggested the Stuffed Mushrooms for an Appitizer!
We then enjoyed soup and salads and had a great conversation with a Manager named Jennifer from Frisco, Texas!
The whole experience was wonderful and it is about time Beaumont, Texas gets an upscale Steak House!
