We went for my birthday dinner and our food was delicious. The biscuits never disappoint and the food came in a good time. The prices are high however.

Had a rough start getting a seat. But the awesome waitress and wonderful food made it ALLBETTER! WOW! I had the chicken club with green beans! EXCELLENT! And the biscuits are awesome ALLTHETIME! My hubby had the Sailors Platter. So much food for small price! And CARROTCAKE for desert! Love Love Love!!!

Oh yeah — muscles in wine sauce – the best flavor. They were a bit busy when we got there but we had time. Our server did a great job. and we left happy and full. good job!!! Will be back…

I went to Red Lobster with my mom and brother, we waited about 40 mins to be seated and only because they have amazing calamari, we were finally seated and the waitress took our order for calamari, when it got to us it wasn’t as good as usual and was mostly broccoli and red bell pepper, it was also underfried and doughie… We always get the 4 for $ 16.99 meals which are great we got the seafood gumbo but the rice was crunchy, we also got the salads which have wayyy to much dressing. The main entre was great though and the desert was good as well. It was over all a kind of disappointing experience but usually it is never like this! We usually are seated immediately and everything is perfect and our food is wonderful I guess someone just dropped the ball here that night. I gave 4 stars for every other time I have been to Red Lobster and it was absolutely wonderful :)

I usually really enjoy Red Lobster, however this last visit to this location was terrible. I had been to this location one time before, and the service was pretty good. It was also lunch time and not busy. After waiting about 30 minutes on a Friday night to get seated(that didn’t bother me), we placed our order quickly. It then took an hour for us to get our food. The waitress did not return to fill our drinks either. A manager walked by and said he would get our drinks, but didn’t return until 10 minutes later saying, «No one got your drinks?» The waitress told us three times, our order will be right out. Once we got our order, my boyfriends plate was cold. The shrimp were burnt, and the 10 dollar side of Maine lobster was really sad. It was burnt, tough, cold, and the shell was twisted into an odd shape. I’ve never seen lobster that way before. His steak was also cold. After sitting for so long, we only took a few bites and couldn’t finish. We will never return to that location. I’ve worked in food service before, and this experience was just terrible.

Our family doesn’t usually go to Red Lobster, but it was my Sisters birthday and she wanted to go there to try it out. First off, the waiter was new and didn’t really know the menu yet. That was fine, we’ve all been there and understand starting a new job. However, it was obvious that there was chaos in the kitchen by the noise and hollering going on back there. As well as the waitstaff scrambling to make amends. The appetizers were ok, but the main courses were another story all together. For the prices Red Lobster gets, one would expect top notch seafood. Wrong! We all(6 of us) ordered different items on the dinner menu averaging $ 25+ a plate. Lobster was extremely tough and could barely be chewed. The stuffed Flounder was horrible! The stuffing was something out of a general mills box, and the fish was something else unidentifyable all together. Tasted more like talapia than flounder. Even something as simple as a seafood bake was messed up. Lobster was tough, scallops were very tough, shrimp was over-cooked as well. Over all it was freaking TERRIBLE!!! The only reason why we didn’t send everything back was because of our empathy for the waiter. He was so nice even though the table next to ours was pulling the usual ‘We want something for free’ Eleventh Street Jive with their loud ghetto, low class slang. He still kept composure. Otherwise we would have left pronto! Save yourself the time and stomach trouble. Buy local-domestic seafood and cook it yourself!

I’ve been here about three times. It was cool the first two times but the third time I was disappointed. The wait was slow once we were seated and the order was all wrong. They were very crowded, I understand that but yikes it was kind of embarrassing for the establishment. Maybe coming on a Saturday is not the best choice idea.

The food was mediocre at best. The wait was ridiculous for the quality of food served. We were seated at the table for an hour and it took 45 minutes for our food. The biscuits took 30 minutes to come out as well. There were 2 small children with us and we had to ask three times for a kids’ menu. Our server apologized to us and all of the surrounding tables constantly throughout our time. He also made a comment that the kitchen wasn’t making biscuits continuously. The drinks weren’t bad. We haven’t been to a Red Lobster in decades. We used to go there with our grandmothers building fond memories, but this visit wiped out those memories.

The restaurant was almost empty and we had a party of 7. They refused to push together two tables and made us wait for another group to finish eating so we could use of the only other large table. After 30 minutes of watching multiple other groups being seated, we talked to the manager. After the manager blew us off, we left.

I’ve been to many Red Lobsters over the years. Say what you will about the overall quality, but I’ve never been disappointed… until I visited this location. The restaurant itself(the building) is old, and the interior has not been kept well, or perhaps they experienced past damage from hurricanes, etc., and didn’t make repairs well, but the carpet absolutely reeks of mildew. The cleanliness in general leaves much to be desired as the table, floors, and everything else is dirty and covered in greasy whoknowswhat. There were gnats and flies inside the restaurant which made eating your food arduous as you had to constantly fan over your plate and drink to keep the bugs away. I believe Darden Restaurants(the parent company) should tear down this location and start over. The food was bleh. I understand some items are pre-made and I wouldn’t expect different from a Red Lobster, but accompanying those items with fresh vegetables in an appealing way can go very far in increasing the perception of overall quality. Things are done haphazardly by the staff here in the kitchen and that nonchalance shows up on the plate. I would not recommend this location at all unless or until a new building is constructed or an entire gut and remodel is done for this location(including the staff).

It’s been years since I’ve been here so I decided to give it another try last night. Every time I come here something is always wrong with my food. It never fails! I ordered the crab linguine pasta, hubby ordered the Ultimate Feast, a soda, water and stuffed mushrooms. Mushrooms weren’t all that. As soon as the waiter placed my plate down I spotted a piece of paper sitting on my pasta. Dugged around and found a long piece of plastic! The manager came out and offered to recook my entrée. I refused. Who knows if it was going to be the same pasta or not? His excuse was that their pasta comes from a plastic bag? Ok! So he offered to fix me a to go dinner because he didn’t want me to leave there hungry. I refused that also. Hubby boxed his dinner because he didn’t want to eat alone. Ended up paying $ 40 plus tip for one entrée, appetizer and a soda. One star for ok service from our server. I was so mad that I forgot my clutch there! Good thing there wasn’t anything inside. Will not be returning here ever again! Went to Taqueria Cotija afterwards which was waaay much better!!!

Honestly I don’t like giving 5* to anything… that means that I found a place to be completely flawless… which is nearly impossible… but this restaurant is as close as it gets, in my experience anyway… the service here is ranks with the best and the food follows suit… the biscuits are awesome, the stuffed mushrooms are awesome, rock lobster, grilled shrimp, and scallops are all awesome… even the chocolate chip cookie dessert was delicious… the prices can be high depending on what you get and they have plenty to choose from at the bar… they’ll even whip up some non alcoholic drinks if you ask… the seating is comfortable in the dining are and the bar and the staff on both sides are attentive and sociable. Overall a great place to feed… only negative is the location… I almost forget its there sometimes… plus where I’m coming from I have to take about 7 exits and turnarounds to get to it… actually is just 1 exit and 1 turnaround, but it seems like a bigger deal than that.

I haven’t been to a Red Lobster since coming to this location 5 years ago during hurricane Ike as part of the relief effort. Today’s visit was prompted by a beautiful woman who loves me and some popcorn shrimp. The wait was short, but we were seated and the waitress who served us was attentive and friendly. The buttery garlic rolls were just as I remembered them and when the food was brought it looked a little smaller than what I had imagined it to be, but it was still more than tasty.

Poor excuse for seafood. I hadn’t been to red lobster in years and my wife had never been so we gave it a try. It will be my last stop to any red lobster. The restaurant was nice and clean inside, the service was good and the food was horrible. The lobster artichoke appetizer was not good at all. It was similar to velveta dip with lobster flavoring and some artichoke pieces. Our main course Lobster was tiny and overcooked, shrimp were greasy and not fresh at all. Sadly the most edible part of our meal was our child’s popcorn shrimp. I cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone.
