The food is always top notch at Waffle House, any Waffle House… so my hat is off to the cooks. However, the service at this location was less than acceptable. The waitress delayed about 15 minutes in putting our order in for her personal reasons. Everyone in the restaurant including people that came after us received their order and payed out before ours was posted. Many in the restaurant had the same attitude as my waitress. I found Vicky to be an outstanding waitress. Not allowing herself to be involved in the rabble… The WH closest to my house was packed so we decided to go to this one… Will not do that again…

If you love roaches dining amongst your meal, then this is the perfect place for you to eat! We walked in to the I-​10 WH to enjoy a greasy, good meal. We sat down only to see roaches crawling all over the previous diner’s plate. Immediately, we informed the waitress about the problem. She rolled her eyes, huffed, then grabbed the plate like it was completely normal to have roaches on the counter. We left shortly after this incident, and I don’t think I’ll be able to eat at that location unless there are some dramatic changes.

Greasy and delicious Waffle House. This is the best Beaumont location. The bacon, chicken, cheese sandwich on wheat with a double plate of hashbrowns scattered, smothered, and covered is a delicacy. Expect only the finest at this greasy spoon. Open 24⁄7 for after bar feasting.
