IHOP

This IHOP is slooooooooow. It took 5 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. We had to tell her we wanted drinks, and 5 minutes later she brought the wrong drinks. Some of this I can forgive if she had a friendly personality… Our waitress had the personality of a gym sock. We had to ask for condiments with the food, which took forever to get. We also had to remind her to refill drinks. The food was less than mediocre. Never got more coffee either. She brought the bill without adding my to go order either, which took forever to get. I will never let Berkeria «take care» of us again. Probably best to steer clear of this IHOP. Go to the one at I-​10 near Parkdale Mall. I would give less than one star if I could. AVOID THIS IHOP.

This IHOP has been in Beaumont for a long time. It is smaller than most IHOPs but the service is great. I enjoy it enough that I drive past the other IHOP just to eat here. The service is faster, friendlier, and the food is better. The atmosphere is cozier and relaxed compared to the other where you have to deal with the hustle and bustle of being near the mall. The wait staff is more mature which makes for a better dining experience. I suggest that you give this IHOP a try if you haven’t.

Waitstaff is mature and accommodating! Truly enjoyed having breakfast with my family after a stressful week!
Pancakes are perfect and I love the grits! They made substitutions with no upcharges and no headaches! My son’s kid omelet was giant and he loved it! He also had iced coffee and smiled from ear to ear! My hubby won’t eat pancakes anywhere else!

place is really nice ambience, I got the sirloin steak, it’s just sweet, need to work more with proper seasoning, like beef with sugar only I don’t understand, pancake is ok, crazy idk but blueberry pancakes at awful house is better, over all nice experience i would come back

This place has produced my best IHOP experience in many years. As I travel with my job, I frequent many places. The food was perfectly cooked in everything I ordered. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and pancakes. Server was prompt and friendly. Could not beat this experience.

It’s just another ihop, it’s wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t as good as home cooking. But considering that it is a restaurant, it’s still pretty good.
