Authentic Mexican food. Piccadilly style where you choose from already cooked dishes and make a plate. They have fresh fixing bar of home made salsa pico de gyo etc. casual with a TV going on tel Mundo. This is somewhere you’re going to find the local Mexican population eating; in other words, it’s good.

It’s the real deal. I haven’t been to a mexican restaurant where absolutely no english was spoken in a very long time. I found the asada and lengua here to be superb, if not different than I have seen. It was a good change. Guacamole is in the salsa bar, load up…

Oh my goodness I stopped in Beaumont Tx for the night while traveling. I googled the best mexican restaurant in town and came up with 3. This place is a mom and pop hole in the wall kinda place that I just love! We walked in and it was like walking deep into Mexico. We were the only gringos in the place lol and you literally walk up and point to what you want. They didn’t speak a whole lot of English but they were very nice. No burritos just homemade tortillas taco size and the most authentic mexican I have ever had! De-frickin-licious! We got carne asada(fajita) and chicken tacos, homemade rice and beans(to die for) and lots

If you are ever in the area and like authentic Mexican food don’t pass this up! Not fancy by any means. A wonderful little dive. Yummy! English definitely not their first language! Just point at what you want to eat. I’m ready to go back… only 350 miles away!
