Just left from my spa day here and it was truly a great experience. I bought a special they had for a full day use of their facilities with one full body massage. Nate/Nathan was my therapist today and he was remarkable. He was very thorough and communicated well with me to make sure I was comfortable. The other staff was extremely friendly and even made sure I knew how to get there and get back to where I needed to go. The spa itself was very clean and tranquil with beautiful rooms throughout the spa. I am not a local but if I ever find myself in this town again waiting for the boys to finish skiing I will definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff for giving me such a beautiful first spa/massage experience.

Great customer service and fantastic services with prices that are not overpriced. When in Beavercreek make sure you stop in. Perfect for a massage after skiing.

I have had many massages in my lifetime and Emily was one of the best! I had a 80 min deep tissue and it was awesome! The spa was so nice and all of the people that worked there were very pleasant! I will definitely b back!

We stayed at Beaver Creek Lodge and they partner with Spa Struck, just a short walk away. A wonderful spa(massages and pedis) experience for our party of four. Blake did a terrific job picking up where Scott left off to make a few minor modifications in our schedules. Flor did an outstanding job! Flor’s professionalism and passion in her work is evident and commendable! Great job to Scot Kilbourne, Spa Director and team for providing excellent customer service.

I booked a manicure during my stay at the Charter and it was easily the worst I have ever had! She took over an hour and cut me. I selected red polish and she didn’t paint the whole nails, leaving large gaps between the color and my skin. When I asked her to paint closer to the edge she acted as if it was a ridiculous request. Finally, she painted so thick that nothing dried by the time I had to get ready for the wedding that I ended up with smudged, chunky nails! I had to take it off immediately when I got home. It was absolutely not worth $ 40 — way overpriced for what it is.

What a wonderful place! Great selection of services, and the staff is absolutely wonderfully talented and professional. Scott was an ENORMOUS help assisting with our very large bachelorette party and was a savior with planning our fun day. We enjoyed all of the facilities and had a great experience with all the variety of massages, mani/pedis, and facials galore!

Everything in spa service they did was phenomenal professional. Changing room with everything including sauna room & steam room is extraordinary plus. I obviously will come back.

I am not usually one to go to spas as I hate the snobby ambiance of most I’ve been to and the massages are usually light and subpar. I didn’t get that here. Everyone here was super nice and Kara actually helped my back! My fiancé also got a massage and he said it actually really helped him too! After he used the gym and I used the sauna and outdoor hot tub. The outdoor setting for the pool and hot tub(which is shared with guests of the resort) was beautiful! I’d go back again :)

This place just struck me as odd as soon as we walked in. You do walk into the gym first and then you see the spa counter on the right. You fill out paperwork and then are handed robes and flip flops and directed to the locker room, men upstairs and women downstairs, and then asked to come back to the lobby. I thought this was strange. When I did return to the lobby I was directed to the relaxation room, which was the nicest part of the experience. There are cozy banquettes with pillows, magazines, and low lighting. My husband and I booked separate massages instead of a couples massage, and after the fact I am so glad we did this. I’m sure a couples massage would not be the most relaxing in this environment. Maybe it just could have been the day I was there, but it seemed like a cattle call for massages. I was sitting in the relaxation area with four other women, and then one at a time the very chatty massage therapists came and called us back. I was directed to a VERY small room, so they try to squash as much service into this old space as possible. My massage therapist was a young man(Tay, Tai?) who was slight but very strong, and he leaned on me hard to start the massage. He told me to let him know if there was too much pressure and I did, but still left there after 50 minutes feeling as if I had been beat up. Even when the pressure was let up, he was still rough and just manhandled me a bit too much. Also, the massage table squeaked every time it moved. It was annoying and pretty much ruined the relaxation. It was more of a workout than a «de-stress massage». I was so shook up that I walked out without my flip flops and left my earrings in the room. I was frightened that I would be sore the rest of our vacation but, other than a slight headache, surprisingly I wasn’t, so I was relieved. I’ve had hotel spa massages before and haven’t always enjoyed them as much as I do at home, but this one stands out as one to which I will definitely not return.

This is a cheaper spa, because it is a cheaper experience. You pay for what you get. Do not go here. Trust me, it’s not worth it. This place is definitely NOT a five star spa. I have no clue who these other reviewers are. First of all, you have to walk quite a bit from the main Beaver Creek area to make your way here, and don’t expect to me welcomed by a friendly staff when you arrive. I was never shown the relaxation room at all. In fact, I was never given a tour of the facilities at all, even though I was paying for a higher end service. Anyways, I was given a locker key and a robe and flip flops(all sub par), and sent on my way to the basement locker room. The locker room is falling apart, but I sat there for a while because I didn’t know there was anywhere else I could go… seeing as no one told me that upstairs there was a relaxation room and water. My masseuse came to look for me, luckily, and found me downstairs. She was pleasant, and took me to a room OFFTHELOCKERROOM. It was small and super noisy. Even with music playing, I could hear every single locker shutting and person talking. I told her several times how noisy it was, and she said, «yeah, we’re in the locker room.» Like, not taking hint that I was paying a lot of money for a very long massage and had marked I needed this for relaxation. Who puts a massage room in a locker room??? She did her best, and I do not fault her. This was clearly a fault of management and a crappy spa. I should have gone to the Allegria Spa at the Park Hyatt like I always do. This is a sub par spa that is Anyways, when I was done, I asked her to show me the upstairs. She did. It looked nice. She gave me some water too. I told the manager/man at checkout of my experience too. He said they were very busy and booked that room because«they had so many people that day.» You know, then don’t book so many massages? Better to say you don’t have appointments then to overbook and screw up those you take in. I have never heard of a massage in a NOISY room, let alone charging $ 150 for that massage. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for… go for the extra $ 50 next time and Park Hyatt spa it.

Wonderful place– reasonable pricing for the area! I had a facial and Scott did a fantastic job. We live in Denver so definitely will return next time we are in Beaver Creek! We hung out all day at their indoor and outdoor jacuzzi’s. They have a small snack bar that serves beer and wine along with a really cute ‘S’mores Kit’ you can order and take out to the fire pit to cook. Yum!

Spa Struck is located in the Charter at Beaver Creek. It’s an older spa and could use a remodel. First impression wasn’t great. The ladies steam room smelled old and not pleasant so I didn’t stay there long. I skipped the amenities because I had just used the Ritz spa amenities and Spa Struck didn’t compare in comparison. The outdoor hot tub is nice to use before a spa service so come a little early and sit in the hot tub to relax before your appointment. The spa is dark and has a small lounge to wait in with uncomfortable seating. My room for the massage was small and the door would not shut and kept opening so the therapist had to play with the door to keep it from opening. So far I am not having a great experience. What was awesome was the massage. I think her name was Jessica and she works at the Elevation spa in Crested Butte and was just filling in at this sister spa because it was so booked full of appointments. She is amazing and I think it was the best foot massage I have ever had. She got most of the knots out of my shoulders and neck and it was perfect pressure. I left happy with my massage at Spa Struck but would not go back. When in Crested Butte I will book with her again. Spa Struck offers a $ 951 hr massage special so it’s a great price compared to $ 195 for 1 hr at the Ritz– however the spa amenity rooms are top notch.

Spa Struck is located in the Charter in Beaver Creek. I was actually staying at the Beaver Creek Lodge, but they partner for spa treatments. Spa Struck has a very odd layout. You walk in to the fitness area and the front desk is right there with no real divider. I wouldn’t want to work out in this area, they had to remove the ceiling tiles above the treadmill and elliptical … the ceilings are a little low. Anyway, the women’s locker room is downstairs, but the treatment rooms are upstairs. So you have to come back into the fitness area in your robe to get to the treatment rooms. The locker rooms itself was a little dated, but clean. The waiting room(or Tranquility Room) is very tiny maybe fits five or six guests, but it would be tight squeeze for six. The treatment area of the spa is a lot nicer than the locker room. I had the Aromatherapy Muscle-Recharge treatment. My masseuse was pretty good. While it wasn’t the best treatment I’ve ever had, it certainly wasn’t the worst. I wouldn’t be rushing back here, but for just a message without the bells and whistles it works.
