The food is very good and the service is as well. The menu has a lot of imagination, a lot more than just a waffle with butter and syrup. Omelettes are also very good. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the syrup. I think it’s house made which is great, but it’s very thin and watery. I poured it on my waffle and it made my waffle soggy. I’ll definitely be back, but I’ll bring my own syrup.

Lunch in Beaver waffle and chicken is fabulous! This is the second time I have eaten here and I am not disappointed. Large waffle cover with 4 crunchy pieces of boneless chicken, sprinkled with pecan bit and a small amount of syrup delicious.

Chicken and waffles… My favorite… They fell the tiniest bit short here as the waffle was a little dry but the deep fried chicken tenders… Delish! The waffle for the chicken and waffles did have pecans in it, so gave a nice little southern hint to the waffle. Could have just cooked for 30 seconds less and would have been phenomenal. The syrup was also outstanding and I don’t really enjoy maple syrup all that much. We also had the Megaberry waffle which was pretty wonderful and the berries were all very fresh and sweet. Kudos to the owner for using local coffee that’s supplied by the Beaver Falls Coffee and Tea Company. Service was fine and it was the weekend before Halloween so all the cute little kids were walking by in their Halloween costumes.

Best breakfast in Beaver County! Generally takes a while to get in the door on the weekends but I totally understand why.

I would give it a 4.5 if I could only because the two times I’ve been there the waitress spills coffee everywhere but I can’t hold the whole place accountable for that and goddamn the food makes up for it. It is like breakfast heaven in this place. And the coffee is by far the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. I drank 5 cups just to get my money’s worth but it’s amazing. The couple next to us brought Starbucks in and boy were they missing out. Also free whipped cream on my waffles. Totally recommend getting that is you’re ordering the Fosters. Though it’s amazing in itself. The Bourbon maple syrup is a quality option for the chicken and waffles as well. And the chicken is so moist and amazing. It really makes the meal.

Let me start off by saying this, whoever the chef is that thinks out and designs this menu is doing an excellent job. The food is tasty, whimsical, thoughtful and well presented. I am sure that is why the vibe and buzz about this place makes it such a popular destination for local young people. That being said, our experience was very much less than desirable… Upon our 10am arrival and a Good Friday morning(not exactly peak time for breakfast/brunch in the City of Pittsburgh) we were greeted by a line of patrons culminating in parties waiting on the sidewalk outside of the door. I approached the host and was asked for my info and cell phone number to place my reservation. Within a few minutes I did receive a text as promised but rather than being proprietary, it contained a link asking me to download an app to my phone to see the wait status. I am ok with that concept as I currently have an up-to-date phone with plenty of room to download apps but I know that is not always the case and that many will either not be able to do so or will not know HOW to so because, well, it’s Pittsburgh… We received our message telling us our table is ready after about 35 mins. Upon approaching the host again, their were several employees still involved with seating other patrons. We didn’t quite understand why we were beckoned from the comfort of our car if they were not exactly ready for us(what’s the point of this system exactly?) however, we were ultimately seated at our table. After a bit too long our server came to take our drink order and the wait began. We waited quite some time again before our server was able to come and take our orders; he seemed to be having to bus his own table(a big no no for any busy city breakfast spot) and was palpably busy if not a bit overwhelmed with by the volume of guests. We noticed only 3 servers on staff and the manager was playing host, expediter and manager all at the same time but clearly«too little butter stretched over too much toast». We waited an excruciatingly long amount of time for our 3 simple entrees with no modifications. As we sat there we noticed a general lack of food coming out of the kitchen,(later I would discover that the manager needed to go back on the line to expedite…) when our food did arrive, I immediately noticed the time crust outer layer on the food and that the plate was hot to the touch. As foodies know this means that the food has been sitting and dying under a food warmer; this happens either because the ticket was not executed properly or because service is picking it up from the window in a timely manner. Putting my 1st forkful in my my mouth I was happily surprised to find that it was delicious and VERY flavorful and presentation was certainly engaging for a breakfast entrée as was the generous and delectable vanilla honey drizzled ice ream that was served along side my savory waffles as a palate cleanser and sweet cooler to the semi spicy dish I ordered. The only problem was the temperature. The food was just barely look warm; the waffles them selves seemed like they had seen a good 10 – 15 minutes since the waffle iron. And the dish just lacked the satisfaction of a warm plate of freshly cooked food. In one sentence our food(the ticket) had«died in the window» and it was cold. My wife’s eggs were mix bag; one egg was nearly hard boiled as opposed to being poached while the other appeared to once have been cooked correctly but it too had become gelatinous by the wait time under the food warmer. As ravishingly hungry as we were at this point, I made a point of finding the manager/host/expediter(who needed to be pulled from the kitchen btw) and discussing the situation with him. Ultimately our entire check was comp’ed(a nice gesture but I would have happily paid at least some of the ticket) but I would MUCH rather have had the opportunity to actually enjoy the delicious food in it’s original, hot, fresh state as opposed to having a free cold breakfast. I can pretty positively say that we will NOT be back to Waffles INCaffeinated again any time soon. I believe had the manager been able to(i.e. had the time) to speak with us on the way out he would have apologized for the experience; that being said, a place as popular and as busy as this, can certainly afford to hire more staff to deal with these issues. Their need to be more servers and at least one more person in the kitchen expediting and a greeter(perhaps a server-in-training) so that the Manager can actually, manage. For Waffles INC., it’s a: «Close but(definitely) no Cigar» for me.

How is it that’s it’s taken me four visits to get in a review of one of the best breakfast spots in Beaver County? The food is so good! The waffles? Big, fluffy, and that right balance of light crispness on the outside without being too crunchy all over. My favorite is the chicken & waffles with any one of their many syrups. I’ve done the MTO with pecans too, and it was excellent. I mean, they *have to* get the waffles right, but then their omelettes, breakfast potatoes, and other sides are delicious too! Just be prepared for either a lengthy wait, or get in on the No Wait app, because it’s a small restaurant and it’s only open for brunching hours.

Best breakfast around! Wonderful service and excellent selection of sweet and savory breakfasts. In addition to awesome waffles, WafflesINC has delicious omelettes, breakfast tacos, French toast, crepes, and BLTs. Their BC breakfast(eggs, meat, toast, mushrooms and tomatoes) can’t be beat.

Eh. Nothing special here. The inside atmosphere is awful. Very stale and bland. The food is ok but the atmosphere just ruins it for me. There are better options in the area that you should go to before you come here.

I went here with a friend for breakfast and I like the fact that you can choose from a variety of different toppings and options but I think the price was slightly high for what you’re getting and the wait was ridiculous… they could definitely use a bigger location. All in all it was good food though and I would definitely go back again.

DONTBUYINTOTHEHYPE! As a business owner that also has a place of business in downtown beaver, this place misses the mark… badly. First things first– your business is open from 8 – 2 on the weekdays and 8 – 3 on the weekends. How is it not spotless? The place was FILTHY. Make your employees do more than table wipedowns, PLEASE. Mop every once in a whie, clean out the vents, dust– have some more respect for the people that are eating at your establishment and making you money. The service– below average on multiple occasions. Many other reviews will say the same thing. Not much need to elaborate. The food– Tasty but overpriced. This is the only reason they did not get one star. But you will have to wait. I’ve never had to wait less than 20 minutes for anything I’ve ever ordered there. Oh, and who charges 4 dollars for orange juice? Don’t forget you’re in Beaver County. This isn’t Beverly Hills, although a lot of consumers and businesses think it is. Overall– Save your time and money and go someplace else, unless you want to hop on the hype train and write a review like this after you hop off.

Waffles INC is a place you really have to take the good and bad with. Much like many places in downtown Beaver that have inflated reputations and that people clamor about, Waffles INC is not quite as good as its made out to be typically(see Mario’s). I will happily say that out of all of my visits(4 total), this last Sunday was the first time that the food impressed me with how good it was. The Breakfast Magic was in fact borderline magical. Id suggest adding feta on top! The roasted tomatoes I ordered on the side, as Im a huge fan of them in general were tasty. The potatoes(which were cold and unseasoned at my last visit) were just right; crispy, seasoned, and flavorful. Everyone at my table really enjoyed their food as well. A few problems with the place: The BIGGEST is inconsistency. 2 visits ago our service was horrible. There was a hair in my food and it was never addressed. I was not apologized to nor spoken to by the manager. I waited for replacement food while everyone else finished their meals. The waitress was just bad. I do have to say that when I emailed ownership about the experience they were pleasant, quick to investigate, and handled the problem to make it right. That impressed me. Service at this last visit was fantastic and out waitress didnt miss a beat. Food has been very hit or miss in the past with some items just coming off tasting like generic breakfast items. Other times you can’t wait to finish your bite and get to the next. Another issue is seating. When Waffles INC moved from their cramped space in New Brighton I thought their seating issues would be solved, however you are always seated virtually on top of other tables which is not comfortable when you have a large party especially. The food is fair in price for most items, but I find their make your own omelettes to be overpriced. This is unfortunate, as they are delicious. Charging 1 – 2 dollars for every add in or topping including a sprig of basil, a drizzle of balsamic, or a single slice of tomato is a little ludicrous. You dont even get the first few free. Id suggest a revamp of their pricing system with this. Overall with Waffles INC, you can expect a very good breakfast. Prices will be affordable as long as you watch out for the prices of the build your own omelette(how it i inflates is truly breakfast magic ha). I truly enjoy their food and am willing to overlook occasional services blunders that need to be worked out to have it. Dont expect a perfect experience, but its the most creative and tasty breakfast spot I’ve found in the area so far.

Today we’re eating on the sidewalk, in the shade, on a beautiful sunny day. Our food arrived about 45 minutes before closing time: their almost famous Chicken & Waffles and, for my dad, an equally good Souther’ Waffle, filled with chorizo & fresh jalapeños, topped with poco de gallo… delicious! Unfortunately, also arriving was another waitress charged with disassembling 3 other tables and stacking sidewalk chairs… quite annoying! I mentioned this to the waitress and, to her credit, she stopped. But, I’ve eaten here many times before, often near or at closing time, and they do the same thing inside. Frankly, it just makes a customer feel unwelcome & rushed, plus the commotion dampens what would otherwise be a great experience in this pleasant environment. Recommendation: Please wait until your customers have left(or the business is closed) before tearing down… Thanks!

You think savory waffes and wonder, then you eat them and they are delicious. Real maple syrup, sooo good, we eat heat at least twice a month. They also have sweet waffles.

I had been walking past this place every week since it opened. I’m glad that I finally walked inside. The menu is a brilliant and creative take on waffles. I had the ‘Benny’. Think eggs Benedict on a waffle. To say that I was pleasantly surprised by it is a gross understatement. The hollandaise was perfect, the eggs perfectly poached, and all together the flavor was excellent. I don’t often give 5 star reviews, but honestly I don’t have anything to complain about here. The best rating I can give: «I’ll be coming back soon»

Lots of options and a good place for some fun waffles. Not the best waffle place I’ve been to but they put an artistic flair to each plate. Also heads up, not your traditional Belgium waffle. A little cake like. Their kids grilled cheese is a little heavy on the bread since its three slices with 2 slices of cheese. I got the chicken and waffles. Since chicken and waffles isn’t their focus, then you can accept and expect some generic store bought tenders. It’s good I’ve had better.

I stopped here on Saturday morning after being surprised to find a location up in Beaver. The place was about half full and we got a table right away. The space itself was very bright and clean and the décor was nice. I got the southwestern waffle and my friend made her own omelette. My waffle was stuffed with jalapeño, chorizo, and topped with pico de gallo. It was tasty and I certainly didn’t need any syrup. I’ve never had a savory waffle and I’m glad I got to try it! My friend enjoyed her omelette but I didn’t have a chance to try it. Just for curiosity’s sake I tried the syrup and it was entirely too thin and didn’t have a strong maple flavor. The hot tea selection is also good, as they bring you a big selection of different tea bags to choose from. We didn’t experience the poor service like others have commented on, but I think it was also because the restaurant wasn’t filled to the brim with customers. When we left just about every table was filled up and most seemed to be enjoying their food. I did notice that a few diners at a table next to us had chicken and waffles but did not eat the chicken, simply the waffles. All in all I liked this place for the novelty of fun waffles and glad it’s an option, but because of the nature of the food it will certainly only be a once in awhile treat.

I wish that this place could be magically transported to Columbus! Every time I’m home for a holiday I beg my sister to take me out to breakfast here. The waffles are so much fun, with both savory and sweet mixing and syrups. My all time favorite is Breakfast Magic, a savory combo with lots of bacon, green onions and an egg on top. There’s something for everyone on the menu, including omelets and some delicious gravy. The place is always busy, which is a sign of a thriving business. They are really great servers who get you food out to you ASAP and are always around to help with refills. They recently upgraded from a much smaller place and they did an excellent job creating a cool, comfortable atmosphere. I love the open kitchen window where you can see the staff hard at work and enjoying their jobs! This place is so worth the wait! Go with your family and enjoy a fantastic brunch!
