All in all great for fast food.

I like this location. It’s supposed to be super busy usually but I always go during the off hours.
During that time, you’re in and out in less than ten minutes usually. What I like about this location and all other Chick-​fil-​A locations is that you get your food pretty fast once you’ve put in your order.
I always get the original chicken sandwich, with waffle fries. (SO addicting).
What’s also pretty good here is their iced coffee. Sometimes I get it flavored with vanilla.
Tons of parking. If you’re looking to go through the drive thru, the line snakes around the store, so it kind of lessens traffic a little bit.

Great food and very friendly staff only reason I didnt give them 5 stars would be they often times forget items. Its understandable since they stay busy.

How could someone NOT fall in love with the food at Chick-​fil-​A?! It’s so good it hurts. Politics aside, this chain is pretty superb and offers QUALITY fast food with prices all can afford. I always get the breaded chicken nuggets with the sweet and sour Polynesian sauce and some waffle fries. A classic meal that is always served hot and fresh. If you have a major sweet tooth like I do, you must try their Peach milkshake. Little chunks of peaches mixed in a creamy, lightly-​peach flavored ice cream and blended to perfection. It’s summer in a cup, and it tastes delicious! Those little bits of peach traveling up the straw literally excite me, that’s how good this is. The staff has been super friendly every single time I’ve visited this Dayton location on Fairfield Rd. which will keep me going back again and again. Amazing food at affordable prices served by nice people —- my belly thanks you very much, Chick-​fil-​A!!!

As with all chik-fil-a’s the food, service and staff are great. I do think they have a policy that limits the sauce they hand out. I ordered 6 meals and asked for sauce and received four… really.

It’s totally a standard Chick-​fil-​A, just don’t ask for extra sauce of any kind– they make you feel like you’ve asked for their first born, especially their honey barbecue sauce, it’s like precious gold to them.

I have come to this Chick-​Fil-​A many times over the past 8+ years. This particular location gets ransacked with patrons at peak hours (meal times on Saturday and dinner time on weekdays)… which explains the double drive-​thru lanes. Waiting times are upwards of 10+ minutes. It’s annoying, but I digress. Why? Service, overall, is great– the workers are pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. Inside, the restaurant is decently clean– much, much nicer than any Mickey Ds I’ve ever been to.

Always fast, friendly service. The place is always clean. And the chicken is as usual, mouthwatering! They have gotten my order wrong a couple of times, but it was in the heat of lunch rush hour and they were very quick to rectify the situation. I wish there was a cfa in Huber Heights!

The Chik-​fil-​a is poppin’ at lunch time! There’s normally a line for dinner too. They have two lanes for the drive-​thru. The chicken and fries have always been good at this location. I drove through the other night and the lady verbally confirmed I had ordered a Dr. Pepper at the window as she was handing it to me. It turned out to be lemonade. C’mon!

Great place and my kids love it. As I was alone they were really helpful in bringing my food and drinks to my table. It was clean. I had the grilled chicken sand which which is really tasty with the BBQ sauce and mayo. The Arnold Palmer is also really great. My kids love the chicken nuggets and fruit cup although they only eat the oranges and blueberries. The play place is a blessing!

I went in to this Chick-​Fil-​A on a Friday night, extremely busy! my wife and I got our food in no time and the staff was great. It looked hectic in the back but everybody was extremely nice, as expected from Chick-​Fil-​A. Highly recommend this one!

CRAZY busy. But they handle it very well. They even have two lanes in the drive thru. The only reason I would not recommend is due to how crazy it is.

I typically avoid writing reviews of chain restaurants but when they are either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad, I’ll make an exception! In the case of this particular Chick-​Fil-​A, they are head and shoulders above any other fast food place in town! I love the food at Chick-​Fil-​A, the spicy chicken sandwiches and waffle fries are fantastic and there’s never much of a wait and everything always tastes fresh and hot! What I really like about Chick-​Fil-​A is their approach to customer service, always courteous, they always say «my pleasure» when you ask for something, you never get the I hate working here attitudes that you get at so many other fast food joints, I don’t know how they do it but they do! Usually a manager will make their way around the dining room and ask how everything is going and even offer to bus your tray and trash for you, what other fast food place does that? Also, if you have kids they do have an indoor play area which is always clean and well kept.
If you want great food and superior customer service, check them out!

I will keep it short and sweet in this age of political correctness…
I have been to this CFA several times even with the crappy attitudes that I have receive from the staff. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt however that does not seem to work, because no matter what time of day or week I go there, I feel as though I am back in the South when I was a young girl and workers in my hometown stores would follow only the people of color around.
Caution-don’t ask for an extra pack of ketchup or mustard, they look at you like you are taking it home to hoard it.
Which brings me to Saturday, had not been to this CFA in about 6 months. Asked for ketchup and mustard since I dont eat mayo. The lady at the drive thur window looked at me like I stole something after I asked for 2 of each instead of 1. It has happened time and time again.
As of Saturday, I am no longer a customer at this CFA. I know what you are thinking… one customer big deal… but I am pretty sure I am not the only person that has experienced their crappy attitudes.
Just my two cents.

Best Chick-​Fil-​A I’ve ever had. Stopped for breakfast the other day, which was good, received a free sando coupon, so of course after a brief online survey, I’m hear for lunch. Cashier was Morgan, very polite, used my name 5+ times and the usual politeness you expect at a CFA. Staff was friendly and all that you come to expect. Manager/​Owner? was touring the dining room offering refills and checking on guests. Very clean, very tasty, very happy with my experience. Toughest part is parking, drive thru line wraps around building at lunch time, so park and walk a bit.
