Outside of the Wilmington Pike location one of the rare drive thrus in the area. I have tolerated this location one too many times. They are always out of something and they love to post paper signs on the drive thru speaker system. One is better off going to the other locations in Target or Kroger, but those locations cannot honor Starbucks rewards.

I would say that if you have seen one Starbuck’s you’ve seen them all — that isn’t necessarily true. This one is extremely busy… all the time. They also have a good selection of reserve coffee’s — a little more expensive than the regular ones, but so far I haven’t tasted a single one that was bad. This location does have a drive thru, however I’m not sure why people cannot get out of the car and go inside — I feel like I get my coffee way faster than they do(and all those cars tend to block off the parking in the front). Service wise, I think this one always has enough people working to make sure that you get your coffee as fast as they can make it or pour it, and they have always been friendly.

This had to be the dumbest experience I have ever had in Starbucks. We ordered an iced coffee and a coffee made by the Clover machine. I had wanted a Kona but they were out. I would have erased Kona from the available coffee board but thats just me. I gave the cashier my money and she was to give back a few dollars and 91 cents. After a seemingly long time she said, «I’m not sure how many pennies to give you.» She gave me four. The iced coffee came out quickly. My not Kona coffee took quite a bot longer. First, the barista had to chat with another barista for a while. Then, get a hug from someone else behind the counter. There was some chatting with some one else. Then she put some coffee in the machine. There was some random bottle filling and such. Finally, some coffee. It was good. Not $ 5 good. Ill prolly just stick with Carmel Macchiato.

We were in Ohio for the weekend in Columbus. We took a short pit stop in the area because we were desperate to take a break from the car and for a coffee. This was a standard Starbucks for me, nothing exceptional about it but the baristas were nice and my drink was as expected. It provided me with the needed break for the rest of the remainder of our road trip. Thanks for the caffeine! It helped…

I LOVE Starbucks. I have worked for other Starbucks as a barista to a manager so I am quite familiar with policies and what goes into drinks. I have used the drive through multiple times and out of the last ten times I have received the correct drink TWICE! That is no exaggeration. For example, I asked for a DECAF frap. and was charged for an espresso shot. When I got to the window I asked what the extra charge was and was informed that it was for the shot of espresso. I politely said decaf comes with decaf espresso instead of the frap. roast and she argued with me. Seriously??? Who is training these people!!! I have been inside and watched them use the crème base for my friend’s mocha LIGHT frap. and not the light base. When it was brought to his attention he said yeah, that’s how you make the light frap.(Face palm).

Very nice atmosphere. Inside service needs major improvement. It took 25 minutes to get 2 iced teas – one of which was dropped from order and a bag of coffee ground. There was one customer in front of me with 2 drinks and six baristas behind the counter. Everyone seemed so busy with other tasks and drive-through to wonder why I was standing at the counter for so long. I finally had to say something and rather than an apology, I heard excuses. I’ll stick with the prompt and friendly drive though from now on.

Ah, Starbucks… my home away from home(especially at one of their better locations). The layout is rather small, but not too terribly so. I would still consider taking a load off here with my trusty MacBook as long as it’s not during the holiday season. The baristas are on point. I’ve never waited very long for my coffee/savory food selection. I would like to point out that despite not being familiar with me, one barista(I wish I had gotten her name) gave my mother and I drinks for free during my Christmas visit. I’m not exactly the super cheery holiday-loving type, but her small gesture of kindness certainly helps — and not just her tip jar. That’s the kind of customer service that seems to have fallen out of fashion. Way to keep the bar high, partner :)

A Starbucks drive thru was a much needed amenity for this area. Usually I get good service at Starbucks, and the people here seemed nice enough. However, the last several times I’ve been through the drive thru my order has been messed up, the line has taken forever, they’ve forgotten something I’ve ordered, or a combination of the three. I’m generally a pretty easy-going person, so initially chalked mistakes up to human error or new hires– the Green Tea Latte with an actual shot of espresso in it stands out as a particularly unfortunate example. However, mistakes have been happening so consistently there that I will be going to another location from now on, sadly without a drive thru.

Long overdue Starbucks for the area. Typical amenities, though a bit snug inside. Good wifi and friendly baristas. Avoid during heavy mall shopping days!

This is still my favorite Starbucks in the area but I needed to get away from the TV at home and get some writing done so I headed here early Sunday morning. This is the first time I have actually spent more time than it took to get my coffee here. I was a little disappointed to find that there were no outlets near the tables that set closer to the floor, which I prefer. There were plenty of outlets at the bar-style tables. I found this a little surprising since Starbucks has become the«Go To» place for people and their computers and being the newest in the area I would have thought the outlets would be in abundance.

Indoor seating is nice, comfortable && well lit(: excellent service here! The music is not loud, so you can still carry a conversation or even read a book. The out door seating has umbrellas for shade, but I enjoyed my drink indoors as it was still too chilly to set outside. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained.
