I don’t know where to start when it comes to my experience. I Google searched for an embroidery shop and chose AAA because I like to support small business. I came in to have embroidery put onto a replacement hat for my Dad. When I was stationed in Iraq I made him a hat with «My Daughter Is An OIF/​OEF Soldier «01−01» embroidered on the back. After 10 years, he lost this hat and was crushed. So, I wanted to surprise him for Christmas with a replacement. I told AAA my story because I wanted them to know how important this order was to me. When I came in a week later, I was told by a very kind TALL man, «It’s on the house, thank you for your service and Merry Christmas.» It brought me to tears… They are simply wonderful people! OH and my hat… WAS PERFECT and an exact replica.
