I hired them for a sewer-​scope.
The guy was on time, a great communicator, educated me about all kinds of things, and was completely organized and professional.
I’d recommend the technician and the company, and hire them again.

Very friendly and compent seeming technicians.
However I was not given accurate information on the phone regarding the scope and cost of service.
I ordered a sewer scope and locate, assuming the basement lines would be fully located.
I was quoted a price of $ 100 for the job. I had to call them back to locate two basement branch lines. They could not trace one line, traced the other 15 foot line, and charged me an extra $ 50. I paid by credit card. The emailed statement showed a balance owed of $ 175 for a radon test that had not yet been performed.
Should have been a simple set of interactions, unfortunately, it was neither simple nor satisfactory.

We put Alpha’s guys to the test! They have performed at least 5 services for us in two locations and most of them have turned out more complex than anticipated. Nonetheless, the guys have maintained a positive attitude, have worked hard, and been very helpful. The customer service on the phone has been great as well. I recommend these folks!
