Beaverton Pawn

They beat you up on price, want your items for dirt cheap. I get you need to make a profit but come on. I highly recommend you stay away from this place.

I liked this place I had pawned stuff here about three times the staff is nice and I think they give fair offers for a pawn shop.

I had a nightmare experience at this pawn shop.
I took my grandfathers ring in to the pawn shop because I needed some cash. It was old, and had been handed down in the family for at least four generations. I got my stub with a due date on it.
When it was almost time for the pawn to be up, I called because I was new to pawning, and wanted to know how to extend it. I had no idea. They notified me that my ring had been sent to be melted down for gold.
I lost my cool, yelling at the guy that the due date wasn’t even up on the tag yet and that it was an important hand me down in my family. He EVENTUALLY (I don’t know why it took so long to give me this option) gave me the number of the person who was supposed to be melting down the gold. I called, and luckily, the person was able to locate the ring, it had «almost» been melted down!
I don’t know if this guy was a third party or what, because he charged me about 50% more than I owed on the ring in the first place to buy it back from him. I bought it, but financially it hurt.
The pawn shop was unapologetic. To this day I live close to Hillsboro and will drive to Tigard if I have to before I will pawn here, and even when I do pawn I’m always inwardly worried that my belongings might be melted down or sold before the time is up no matter where I pawn at. I think I have Pawn Shop PTSD or something.
I would never pawn here again. Would you?

Super helpful walked in walked out. Never wanted to go to a pawn shop but they made it painless. I would recommend them.

I like beaverton pawn. Usually you can get a fair deal on the items you want to pawn. Just make sure if it’s something you love and you take a loan out on it don’t forget your due date because you will not get a reminder call. Otherwise not too bad, service is ok.
