I’ve been here a few times to hang out with friends and also had a going away party here. Weekend’s are usually super crowded so get there early if you want a table. Drinks are pretty good and beers are cold. Standard fried bar food, nothing fancy. They don’t have a blender and thus no blended drinks.

This lovely tavern is casual but aesthetically classy. I typically stop by a few times a month for a quick drink after work because of the affordable prices and kick ass service. The ladies behind the bar remember their customers, and are very good at what they do. I told Andy the other night that I think she’s really good at what she does and that I always appreciate her good attitude. Definitely check this place out!

Terrible service, plan on getting waited on only if you’re a regular. If not, be prepared for a lot of attitude from the staff and a long wait, or serve yourself!

Great burgers here. Somewhat of a dive bar but great atmosphere. Pool, darts, video poker. We like to come here for pre-evening drinks and a bite to eat.

One of the best bacon cheese burgers in town. A hidden gem. Happy hour is great. Service is excellent. The girls are all nice and friendly. They remembered what I ordered to drink on my 2nd visit. Great place. You must check it out !!!

My boyfriend and I love Brickyard, the staff is wonderful and the drinks are great. Perfect go to place for after work happy hour or late night. The people that frequent this place I have noticed are all age ranges and overall a good mix of people. Always a good time here :)

It’s a fun bar, until you have to use the bathroom. This is my third visit and it hasn’t improved. It literally smells like its lined with stale diapers. Too much to overcome.

My buddies and I have been going here once a week for almost 2 years. Amy, the regular bartender is excellent and very attentive. However, the lady who was bartending Wednesday, Feb 17th2016 was the worst bartender I have ever had before. We all came to eat and have some beers yet she did not offer to take our food order or come back by our table after our initial beer order. This was over the course of 90 mins with less than 15 people in the whole bar. Hopefully this was just a temporary substitute or else this place will not last very long with servers of that quality.

Nice place for drinks, nice staff, but under-staffed for a Saturday night. One bartender was difficult to come out to tables for orders — had to go to the bar to get drink orders. A second bartender came on shift and thought service would be quicker so we asked for a menu. Got the menu but they never came back to take our order, about 30 minutes later. Finished our drinks and had to close out at the bar. Management should consider staffing appropriately for weekend shifts.

Was excited to try the munchers, they were good however for $ 6.50 you only get about 10 tots. The secret sauce is mustard, which is the worst thing you can put on my burger so my bad for not asking first but wasn’t pleased, mostly cause of the overcooked and thin frozen beef patty. My bf got the French dip and it was disgusting. Probably a cool place to go drinking, but not much for food. So drink til it tastes good.

If you like divey but not dingy, this is your place. Well-lit on the front side of the building, plenty of tv’s to watch a game, pool table, gambling, they have it all. Prices are good, especially the HH food. Typical fried food options that you would expect to find at a bar, although my husband was really impressed with their chicken tenders. He swears they are hand breaded. We shared some mozz sticks and they were actually quite good. Our friends ordered the wings and asked for a side of veggies and they literally claimed they had none. Kind of odd, as wings are typically served with some celery or carrots.

Hottest bar tenders around. Really good happy hour food and awesome drinks. Went there on my birthday and loved it.

Came back again for another burger. Was just awesome. The beer was ice cold, and the service was great. Cheap happy hour food deals, and very good quality. A real great place to let your hair down. Pool tables, darts, killer sound system. Daily beer and cocktail specials, and the bartenders!!! It’s a cool place to be yourself…

The worst service I’ve had from an employee ever. I went in there and asked for the IBU content between two beers and the bartender told me they’re not a brewery and that nobody really cares about IBU’s anyway. She did so in a snobby I’m better than you tone, so we went to hall street grill for better service.

One of my favorite places to chill. Great environment and patio. Good happy hour and great service. Also has pretty good drink specials.

We went to this place for the first time and we had an awful experience. Each drink took an hour, and half the drinks were forgotten. The food didn’t show up till hour and a half later, and another half hour for cold awful food. The bill still has not showed up, after asking twice and waiting an hour. The issue is the lack of staff/helpers. Never going back! Worst experience ever.

This is more like a 3.5 and if I come here again, I may bump it up. I came here with the sweetheart on a whim. Located just off of Cedar Hills and Canyon Road, on a corner, parking is better on the side, that way you’re not potentially backing into the busy Canyon Rd/TV Hwy traffic. This was the first time we were here since the name change. I’ve always liked the interior and how the bar is pretty much in the middle. The night we were here, there was a very loud female a table away. The place has a way of carrying sound and it wasn’t full enough or bustling enough for this female to speak as loudly as she was. She was what made my experience less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, she wasn’t belligerent enough to warrant getting the boot. Fortunately, she left before our food arrived so the dining experience wasn’t stressful. I don’t know how much squeals of excitement and«O-M-G!» I could stomach. The bartender was friendly. Service was prompt. The food menu was simple which works great for this place. It wasn’t fancy. It’s pretty simple bar fare. I ordered a chicken tender wrap and the sweetheart ordered chicken strips and fries. It was impressively tender and I really enjoyed the wrap. I tend to steer away from wraps because they’re a little on the dry side for me but I enjoyed this. All in all, for a night time visit, it was pretty chill.

How have I never reviewed the Brickyard??? I know my way around this place pretty damn well. The drinks are great, the food is good, the pool tables and patio are all good times. A few things set Brickyard Tavern apart though. Brickyard like a pro — here’s how: Munchers — these are tator tots stuffed with cheese and green chiles. Get them, dip in ranch. Really, you’re welcome. Sit at the long table that used to be a shuffleboard table from the Monty’s days. It’s the best people and TV-watching vantage point. Check the daily specials. Deals to be had! In particular, $ 2.50 mimosas on Saturdays. The carved wooden bar itself is cool. There are a lot of stories, especially from pre-Brickyard days regulars, about where it was made, how it got here, how many are like it and where they are. Everyone is sure they are right. Probably no one is. Sunday mornings, NFL season — come in for breakfast. The breakfast menu is small, but good. Spanish coffee goes well with it. Except don’t sit at the bar, ’cause that’s where I want to sit. And finally — best bartenders around, seriously. Treat them well! They will take good care of you.

Hubby is looking for a venue for a work luncheon. Hall Street Grill wanted a $ 400 minimum! They did McMenamin’s last time. We left Princess behind(no minors) and headed here about 4pm. Its Happy Hour(its every day till 7). Cheap yummy bar food. Call my cardiologist. We had onion rings, munchers(tater totish with chiles and cheese), a half order fish and chips($ 4), and a chicken quesadilla which arrived with salsa and sour cream. Hubby had a $ 6 lynchburg lemonade. Yummy. I had diet coke(driving). All the food was delicious, nothing was too greasy, hubby was happy because the onion rings didn’t fall apart like they often do. While the menu isn’t extensive enough for a big group(vegetarian choices a tad limited), our server was sweet and just perfect, the drink was good, and it has a chill vibe. Also it’s bright and pleasant inside. I loved the 80’s and 90’s music that was playing. Made me happy. This is a great place to hang out for a bit. Patio in back. Parking a bit tricky but doable. Fried food and booze? Yes please. Oh they had salads too. Give it a try.
