We came for lunch at 12:30, I ordered the caprese salad and minestrone soup, it was awful! The tomatoes were mushy, mealy and tasteless. The minestrone soup was along the same lines tasteless, salt and pepper didn’t help. The bread was good our waitress was excellent, I felt bad for her having to serve such sad awful food. Probably won’t be back

I’m really a bit disappointed, I love eating here and have had some great meals in the past but today I ordered a salad to go with a $ 4.50 side of grilled chicken. When she brought out my order I was shocked at how small the package was with the chicken and even commented on it. Once I got back to my office and opened it I could tell that it wasn’t even a full chicken breast and was even more disappointed. I wish I could add a picture of the amount of chicken I got. Probably will not go back any time soon which is sad since I don’t work far awa.

Not sure where all the negatives are coming from here. Casey, our server, did a perfect job, she was attentive, she was there on time, things arrived promptly, she had the bill, everything was just as you would expect. The food was good. It wasn’t «Fabulous», but fabulous comes very rarely. I had the steak tenders, she had the scampi, and both were well cooked, nicely presented, and quite tasty. I went in with a slightly apprehensive attitude after reading all the bad Unilocal, but I have to say, they took good care of us, and when we left, we were smiling. So, maybe you naysayers had a bad night or a bad server or a bad whatever, but these folks are trying hard and you’re likely to enjoy it as much as we did. Ask for Casey’s section… she’s a winner.

Bugatti’s should be much better than it is. I’ve been many times, at different times on different days, and it fails to impress on most levels. The service is alright. The food is alright. I’ve enjoyed the pizza, but the champagne salad tends to have way too much dressing(ask for it on the side if you want to try it), the ravioli isn’t impressive. They have an Italian margarita that should be avoided(amaretto doesn’t belong in a margarita!). I do like that they have multiple local brews and wines available, and their happy hour has great prices.

Birthday dinner here tonight for a friend; I had no problem getting reservations on a Saturday night for 5. The food was good; bread is amazing and it’s easy to eat a lot of it. It’s actually the reason I suggested Bugatti’s– because of the bread. The pastas– we had an assortment– all got good reviews except for mine. The mac’n’cheese was delicious, as was the pesto capellini. I was disappointed in my lobster tortellini; the sauce was gluey and the tortellini were undercooked. Had it not been my friend’s birthday, I would have complained. At least the bread was good as always! The brownie sundae was also quite tasty. Service report: good, except for 2 things. 1– waiting until the whole party was present to seat us, and 2, the attitude of the server who seemed annoyed with our«large» group. I got the feeling she expected us to order very little and not tip(because we look young). Her annoyance with us was obvious. Five appetizers, five entrees, two desserts, 3 drinks and since we all work in hospitality, we tend to tip very well. Oh well.

This is a review for the bar/HH. This is my husband and i’s favorite place to grab a quick bite after work. Bar staff is always nice. Food is what you would expect for happy hour(our favorite is the salad with a cup of soup). Beer choice is fantastic.

First time at Bugattis. Mostly a disappointment. Service was average, restaurant was clean. The spinach artichoke dip was good. My husband had the lobster and prawn tortellini — which he said was ok but kind of bland. The biggest disappointment was my Della Casa. I love pasta but the fettuccini in the Della Casa was not cooked properly — it was chewy, sort of hard. The dish itself was dry. I ate the chicken, mushrooms, artichokes, and very little of the pasta. 3 stars is the best rating I can give.

Worst experience! Got there for happy hour and was waiting for my friends. Got kicked out because I was told they needed the seats even though it was at the bar and there was another customer all by himself taking up a table for 6 with no a word from them! Very rude and disrespectful. Never again!!!

This is the BEST Italian place in Portland/Beaverton for Pasta, pizza & desserts. I have a very high standard for Italian food(must be AUTHENTIC with great service) and this place did not disappoint. My husband ate the Pile of Protein Pizza(pepperoni, ham, sausage on top of a cheesy red sauce). I’m vegetarian and had the house special(a mushroom and spinach pasta in creamy tomato sauce) which was perfect. We finished our meal with the Tiramisu and it was so good — seriously a game changer– obviously freshly made in house, not freezer tiramisu! Service was super attentive– our waitress Kayla was the best! The manager stopped by our table and was friendly too– he even threw in a free dessert for us because we’re new to their restaurant. That’s great service! When we left they said goodbye and remembered our names. We will definitely be back(bringing everyone we know) — so glad we found this place! Also– we learned they have free wifi and an insane happy hour. Just sayin!

Love the service and the menu! Not sure why it has only a 3-star average.

Their food is delicious. I’ve ordered once for take out & eaten in once. Both times my food was delicious but I will say their burger & fries are amazing! They also waited until I got there to pick up my order to drop my fries so they wouldn’t get soggy/cold waiting! Great service both times, I will be back!

I have lunch here often and it is consistently good! The pasta and home made meat balls are a favorite. Service in the lounge us usually fast and courteous.

I was not even a little impressed. The place does look better inside than it does outside, but it was pretty much as stuffy as the commercials(«business casual, family friendly») make it seem. it’s not like you need to be dressed«business casual,» it’s just that it isn’t exactly casual, either. The bread was good. That’s where the good ended. The food we got was nothing special, which is being nice. There is no doubt that I could easily cook up better food at home. The boyfriend’s «baked» ziti was really quite bad looking, and he said it didn’t taste much better. They clearly did not drain the grease from the meat and it had a puddle of liquid in the bottom. If it was baked, it didn’t look it — it looked like it was just thrown together after cooking the separate parts. Baked ziti is just that — baked. When you just put the parts together without baking it, it isn’t the same. My food was slightly better. I had the chicken parmigiana. The only thing that was better about it was the fried chicken in it, though. The sauce wasn’t good. Overall, all the food was fine, but it wasn’t worth the high prices. We finally tried this restaurant in our neighborhood. I’m glad we finally know, but we won’t be returning.

Mmm great beer! Bugatti’s always has a good selection of taps to go along with great happy hour food. You can get a burger and a brew for pretty cheap. I have been many times and every server I have had has been exceptional. Great place for a quick meal or a date night.

Yum! I was nervous to come here because I have a fear of Italian food being too heavy… But the food here was filling but not too heavy for my taste! I loved the complimentary bread… So good!!! The clams appetizer was on point and tasted fresh and good. I got the shrimp scampi and it was cooked perfectly! The green beans on the side were a little bland though. For dessert the cream puff was delicious. Definitely a nice place to check out!

This is located in a huge plaza with a movie theater, stores and various restaurants and dessert places. Food was about average but it did not meet my expectations. We ordered a bruschetta appetizer. I thought it would be smaller diced tomatoes amongst the other ingredients that go in it. Everything was chunky and not bite friendly. I ended up eating the bread separately from the toppings. My main dish was the Chicken Marsala but it certainly did not look like any Chicken Marsala I had ever seen. There were mushrooms. I thought maybe the small toppings I saw were chopped mushrooms but they were capers. My fault was not asking the server to verify that it was indeed Marsala and not the piccata. The dish tasted good regardless. When I checked the receipt they did charge me for the Marsala so I have no idea. I was still happy with my dish.

Food was ok, but not great. The portions are small and the entrees do not come with a salad. I left feeling slightly hungry still. The service was terrible. Waitress was neglectful and ambivalent. After being seated by the hostess, we sat for about 10 minutes before the waitress appeared only to fail to greet us and ask if we know what we want. After the small sub-par meals were brought out, we didn’t see the waitress again until she collected our plates. Foolishly assuming that she might bring our check after we finished our meals, we attempted to flag her down for another 15 minutes. She was either willfully ignoring us or completely oblivious. Needless to say, this was our first and last ordeal at this establishment. Want decent pasta with friendly service? Head down the street a little way to Pastini.

Dane the bartender was amazing!!! Talk about hospitality and his drinks are really amazing. He really seemed to know all his customers. I hummed the«cheers» theme song as he said«hello» to everyone by name. The food was good, nothing amazing. Although the free bread with GARLIC and olive oil dip was amAzing!!! I could have eaten a million baskets of that stuff. For what it was, it was a good happy hour and the customer service at the bar was worth it.

Having been to Bugatti’s a couple times before and really loved it, me and my boyfriend decided this restaurant would be the place to go on date night. Beef tips will always be my favorite, the steak is cooked absolutely perfectly with a choice of either noodles or mashed potatoes and asparagus on the side. We also ordered their chicken fettuccini alfredo which was not nearly as good, but still very delicious. Along with our entrees, the meals came with complementary bread and we bought an extra side of garlic bread to splurge which was delicious. With a huge plate of steak at only $ 17.50, you will not be disappointed.
