I went to the store today and it is CLOSED. Sign is gone and gates were locked with nothing in the store, so it looks like they went out of business or moved.

Stopped in MLY today to have my new watch’s band adjusted. What a nice FAMILY business! David was kind enough to make the adjustment for free. I encourage folks to check this business out. Conveniently located in Cedar Hills Crossing (Beaverton Mall).

Absolutely phenomenal service! I take my watch there to get fixed and they are friendly, helpful, fast and affordable. I won’t go anywhere else.

A wonderful shopping experience. They have a fantastic selection of homemade jewelry to choose from. I have been there on several occasions whether I have made a purchase or not the service has been very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. If you’re looking for something different or one-​of-​a-​kind this is a great place to stop and shop. They will also be honest as to whether or not they are able to help you. This shop is well worth your time money and energy. I like to stop by just to look as their merchandise changes and their prices are right.

This review isn’t about the jewelry. I just want to say that first, so you get the idea that I haven’t bought anything here… yet. But I am going to be a customer.
The reason for this review is the gold standard of customer service displayed by both the people working when I arrived.
I was looking for watch repair items on the off-​hand chance they would have 22 MM pins that would fit my Pebble Smartwatch. The woman at the front didn’t know if she did, but tried her best to help me anyway.
Then a gentlemen came into the store who I assume is the owner, but maybe not. After he was told what I was looking for, he replaced the pin right away, and refused payment for it, explaining that it cost him «cents, and that is a very cheap price to pay for a happy customer.»
That is an outlook I want to see in any sort of service. I wanted to make sure I wrote a review to support them, and I will assuredly be back to buy… something, in order to repay them for the pin which makes my watch, actually a watch again.
