Cedar House Media Printing and Graphics

I worked with these guys, and their stuff looks amazing! It’s a real plus to have an actual local printer that you can drive to, and people you can communicate with, as apposed to some internet entity that you cant speak to.

I’ve been using Cedar House Media for the past several months and I have been 111% satisfied with the service each time. They have helped me design the Whole Body Synchroflow logo plus business card and have printed 3 different items for me. Rick is friendly, efficient and experienced. I will definitely continue to use Cedar House Media for all my design and printing needs.

Cedar House Media was recommended to me by an old co-​worker. I freelance from home now, so I needed a printer who does great prints, is decently priced, is efficient and easy to work with. When I emailed Cedar House last week about a print job I needed done, I received a fairly quick response from Cory, letting me know how much it would cost. I was floored!!! Even running rough draft copies through FedEx Office or another printer in town didn’t beat that price. So I decided to go in, in person, to meet the people behind Cedar House Media.
Initial reaction: ten thumbs up if I had them!!!
Rick acknowledged me right away and even interacted with my toddler. He was able to assist me right away. I had three separate files that needed to be printed for a total of 100 sheets (wedding invitations.) Since I was cutting them myself at home, Rick was able to print all of my files within 15 minutes! He was friendly, fast and efficient!!! The invitations turned out exactly as I had hoped!!!

Wow — Amazing customer service! About a month ago I tried setting up an order through their website and never heard back from them… resulting in a not-​so-​great review. I received a call from the owner apologizing profusely to me about what happened. They were having major server issues with their website and never received my order/​information. I had since then went through another company to fulfill an order of business cards, however, because of my wonderful experiences working with them in the past, I am now looking forward to being a client with them again. I absolutely love this company and will continue to recommend them and use them for my work going forward.

Called for a quote on business cards and was told to email my card design. Carlos asked a few questions about what style cards I was looking for and then told me I would receive a quote within 24 – 48 hrs. I waited three days and emailed him back asking when I could expect to receive the estimate. He replied back at the end of the 3^rd business day and said he needed to ask me additional questions and requested that I email him the card designs (which I already did immediately after calling in the first day).
I suppose if I never emailed them again on the 3^rd day they would have never bothered to follow up with me on my quotes. I’m a busy person and can’t do business with a company I need to babysit.

So great! very easy to work with, fast service, great prices. I had them print my engagement party invites that I made in Photoshop and the outcome was a million times better than I had hoped for. I will definitely be using them again.

I had a great experience here, they took their time with my printing job, even though it was small and they probably had many other large orders they could be working on. It’s refreshing to walk into a business and be treated like a customer, and not simply a waste of an employee’s time. Print quality was excellent, and the price was well below my budget. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using CMH for all of my printing needs for a couple of months now. They’ve done everything from auction catalogs to notepads to banners for me and the work is always perfect and very fast. Cory and Carlos are both super friendly and willingly to find a way to make your project come in under budget and on time.

These guys are the best! I have limited printing abilities at work, so when the stakes are high and perfection is the minimum, the guys at CHM always deliver. I have always received top-​notch customer service, excellent brainstorming sessions, and my questions get answered honestly (unlike the jerks at Kinko’s 2 blocks away, who act bothered when they have to do their job). Carlos is my favorite (he’s the production manager) because he’s unafraid of a tight deadline, and always offers alternatives that are much better than my ideas. Pricing is very competitive, and I happily pay, knowing my dollars are staying in my community. My only gripe is that they aren’t open 24 hours but it’s not a big deal. I tell everyone about CHM because they epitomize successful small business, and I expect them to thrive long-​term. Keep it up, fellas!

I’ve had the best experiences with working with these guys. I have to get a lot of business cards printed so that has been my main item I go to Cedar House for. I’ve had a few other items done there as well, most recently they did a stellar job on producing our 5^th grade students’ year book for Hazeldale Elementary. Everyone was very pleased with the final product and they were super great to work with.

As an owner of a construction and painting company here in Beaverton, we need tons of items printed up throughout the year. I’ve been working with Cory directly on all of our projects and I’ve been VERY impressed with the quality. The team at Cedar House Media put together our business cards, service brochures, presentation folders and flyers all with exceptional quality.
We did come across an issue with the business cards not being sized correctly, but it was fixed and they redesigned them free of charge. Cory and his crew at Cedar House Media are great. I’ve been working with them now for about a month on a wide range of products from business cards to service brochures. Every question, concern, or even info has been answered. Additionally, Cory has taken the time to help teach about various terms in the industry I did not know. His team has called to inform of sizing problems (on our end) AND fixed them for us at no extra charge.
They’ve been an excellent resource for bringing a brand to fruition on cards, paper, flyers and more. Any services they could not offer, they had another business take care of it so we did not have to manage multiple vendor accounts. Needless to say, we’ll continue to use them.

I am just so happy I found out about Cedarhouse. Being a graduate from the Art Institute of Portland, I was so grateful to have been referred to them as I was getting ready to print my portfolio. I couldn’t believe how little the whole thing cost me, and how helpful these guys were! Amazing service and incredible printing and cutting quality! They are super fast, and they even deliver! I now work for a small boutique and we use them all the time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for all of my custom printing needs!

I came here to have some posters laminated and after a week in a half they still had not completed my order. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Cedar House Media is a small printing press run by the nicest people in the world.
Their website is comprehensive and easy to navigate. They offer business cards, postcards, mailers etc at an awesome price. You can either use one of their online templates and create the design yourself or you can hire them to complete the graphic design to your liking.
They are local and have a 1800 number so you can call pretty much anytime to get assistance. I didn’t really know how to get them the correct file types etc. and I ended up talking with a couple employees about my special order and everyone was so friendly and patient.

Their turntime is really great too. They mail you out your order depending on the size. My business cards came in a couple weeks and the only reason it took that long is because there was a long holiday weekend in there.
