EDR Performance

I picked up a Ninja 250 in December as my first bike. It was a craigslist find, and knowing nothing about bikes, I felt comfortable having someone check it over.
I stopped in here with the idea that they are more 600cc bikes and up that are built for the track, but even with my little ninja 250 I felt right at home. I talked to Eric S. on the phone and later in person when I came in, and he was super friendly and full of knowledge and answered any and all questions I had. I ended up having them go through and change the oil, bleed the brakes, clean it down and make sure it is all running smoothly as I soon after was leaving to college.
I was super impressed and am very happy with their work. I don’t live in the area anymore, but when I am back up there I most definitely will be stopping in for a visit.

horrible c.s. was told numerous times I’d receive a call back let’s just say I’m still waiting for it! had to call them every time. parts took forever. got my bike back with no gas after I gave it to them on full tank and I think they did something to my bike because when I got it back it was acting funny! never going through them again!!!

They’re always helpful and always knowledgable and never pushy. Not as convenient but worth the time. Ordering parts through them is faster than the Internet and far more reliable.

After having a bad experience with MotoCorsa, (they no longer service MV Agusta) I took my Brutale to EDR and received superlative service. No wait for an appointment, fair prices, talented mechanics and fast turn around. These guys are good!

This is the only place I will take my motorcycles for service, repair, and upgrades! The staff at EDR is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They know how to take care of their customers and your bike. 5 stars all day long.

These guys seem to know their stuff and it’s evident that the guys here have a huge roadracing following as well. There is a lot of cool racing bikes in the back that you could take a look at if you ever get a chance to be back there. I only have purchased little things and such, but I’m planning on letting them handle most of the engine work on my CBR in the future as far as I can see.
My uncle got into a little accident on his bike and was quoted accurately for parts and labor and his bike was fixed in a timely manner. NO hassles or bullsh*t like other crappy shops. And their service is great as far as I’m concerned. I’d say their prices are fair and not over-​the-​top from what I was quoted on regular maintenance stuff.
I gave them a 5 star because this shop seems to have the potential or have met it at least, to be a great shop that provides a wide range of services with friendly staff.

If I could give Eric and his crew more stars — I would. They build a killer engine for your race (or street) bike.
Prices are fair and the end product hauls a$$ and is reliable.

Eric is the owner: Great advise, Great Clean Business, Knows his stuff, assembled a fine staff and has the repeat business to vouch for it.
Eric is the one who usually twists the wrist on my bike.
He is a long-​time pal and the man just flat out puts the bike together so I /​and you have no worries.
