Elements Beaverton

If your ever in town and love vaping, Elements is the place. Its a small joint on the corner, but the staff there by far are the best. We’ve been going there since April and they’ve been so good to us and everyone else who steps thru there doors. They don’t make you feel like an idiot (when asking questions about something you don’t know to much of). I haven been to a few vape shops, & we’ve even moved out from Cali and still this shop is our #1 spot!

I’ve been going to elements for at least a year or so. This place WAS my favorite shop for my vaping needs. They offer quality juices and vape accessories at reasonable prices. I usually stock up since the shop hours are so unconventional. I’ll buy 2 – 3 bottles of juice and a 5-​pack of coils at a time to hold me over in case I run out.
I opened a box of coils to use and I was shocked to see that they wouldn’t work because they were the wrong size! I always ask for Kanger 0.5 sub ohm replacement coils. I didn’t even realize I had been given the wrong ones because the packaging looks EXACTLY the same. But I sure did notice it wasn’t right when my battery wouldn’t fire up.
I don’t like complaining, but this was an honest mistake. The dude sold me 0.2 sub ohm coils instead. When I went back to confront the business today, a different clerk told me «there is no way you got that here, we have never carried those.» He wouldn’t listen to me when I told him, there was nowhere else I could have gotten them. I don’t shop anywhere else for coils.
I really loved this place and I prefer to support small business owners, but unfortunately I’m going to be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

We walked in after having a not so awesome experience with another shop. We came in for coils, one of the guys saw that my boyfriend was having troubles loosening his tank and without needing to be asked popped over and asked «can I help?» And in a minute the tank was unstuck. We were searching for coils and even though they didn’t have what we wanted, they started calling other shops to help us find what we wanted. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be back!!!

So I went in here knowing absolutely nothing about a new vape my coworker gave me. These guys got me all taken care of they are the best

Absolutely fantastic store nice new layout as of 7÷1÷15 great juice variety. They will help you if you are just getting into vaping it’s very layer back and relaxed all around one of the best cape shops I’ve been to.

Still the best Vape sop iv need to no matter what you have or how much you know they help

I went there yesterday. It is a very chill place. Very chill people work thee. The choice is good. Prices are very good. I recommend it

I have been to the Hawthorne location several times and love the place. This one was closer so I thought I would give it a shot.
The guy who helped me kept rolling his eyes and sighing when I asked questions and would often walk away from me to talk to the other guys working in the shop.
Really poor customer service.
There are enough places in Portland that I don’t feel the need to ever visit this shop again.

I went to elements the other day for my first time because my mod wasn’t firing. When I took it in the guy was heading to tighten the center pin. I told him I tried it already but he tried it anyways (which is fine :) what’s not ok is after he tightened it; it fixed it (which again is fine) but then the employees started laughing at me like I was dumb or something. They embarrassed me in front of the whole store. I felt it was really inappropriate and unprofessional… I don’t think I will be going back there anytime soon after they made me feel that way. it seemed more like a home kick it spot then a professional business who should treat their customers better. we aren’t all pros on vape or mods

I came in here to upgrade and the guys there are really helpful! I didn’t feel rushed or pressured even though we spent an hour and a half asking questions and sampling juices. I walked away with a sweet mechanical set up and my roommate purchased a starter kit. 5 stars all the way! No snobbery or elitism here, go check them out!

Dominic helped out my friend and I immensely — was super friendly over the phone AND in person! Super knowledgeable, very professional, great selection, awesome store overall!

Holy customer service Batman! These guys rule! New to vaping and just bought an Origin Aqua off a friend of mine. Good thing they are both masters of Origin products AND the Aqua. They built the whole thing out for me and put in a new spring so it wouldn’t fire when I set it down — explaining everything along the way. Got some juice too that tastes GREAT. Plus, they charged my battery up in the time I was there. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for my vapor needs. Thanks guys!

Before I flew out to Oregon, I was too paranoid to bring my mechanical mod out with me, I thought I was going to have problems with tsa. After 4 days of smoking a crappy cigalike and giving into 2 cigarettes I figured I should find a vape shop in the area.
Elements is clean, modern, and simple. Beautiful counters and simple displays, which gives the shop an open bright feel.
I walked in, and clouds were in the air. I could swear I smelled Mother’s Milk, one of my favorite e-​liquids, in the air.
Right in front of the door, the display of mechanical mods instantly drew my eye. I was eyeing a few 26650s, but figured I should ask about what they knew about flying with mods
The guys at the shop, I wish I remembered their names, there was a guy with long blonde hair and another guy that had black hair and a beard, reassured me that it’s very common to fly with them. That’s all I needed to hear and I asked if the mods were authentic.
The guy with the black hair pointed out the top shelf and I started browsing. I ended up picking out a Ra Mod. It was beautiful, and very well priced. He helped me pick out a rda, we had to go through a couple, but he was very patient and knowledgeable. I ended up with a tobh clone and I asked if he could build my coils since I didn’t bring my ohm meter or tools with me.
Last but not least, I needed juice! He asked me what I preferred, and I gave him a general idea of what I gravitate towards. He picked out the perfect vape almost instantly. I was sold!
The coils hit like a dream! smooth, large clouds, no popping.
If I could give Elements 10 stars, I would! I am definitely stopping by again before I go back to California! I wish I could take them with me!

The best place in town. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a new vapor and they definitely got me up and going. I highly recommend you try this place out if you’re interested in vaping

Great shop, good prices, large juice selection, I didn’t even let the poor guy clock in and he was going through the clones with me without hesitation, I intended on spending some cash and got more than I had hoped for. I can’t wait for them to hold a vape meet.

Started out going to their Hawthorne location and have been nothing but impressed with their products and service and knowledge.
This location is right down the street from me and it is the only place I ever go to and WILL ever. This is hands down the most friendly and knowledgable staff I have ever met at a vape shop and I would never recommend anything else to anyone

Like the other store this location is just as inviting. The location is large. Have an abundance of space to walk around and shop, lounge, and sample flavors. Also there are darts and life size Jenga. The guys here are stand up guys and let you know what you need to know. They even will show you step by step on how to build your mod. Also if you are new to electronic cigarettes they will teach you all about the standard vape pens or advanced mods. Cheers guys. Great team!

These guys are absolutely awesome!
I am new to Vaping. Decided I would make this my first stop. Great Choice I made! Walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Sean, Dominic, and Travis. Some of the coolest guys on the planet. While they were showing me the ropes and teaching me a few things, the owner Tom came in. Great guy as well!
Couldnt ask for better staff who are extremely knowledgeable and will help you out no matter if you are brand new to vaping or a seasoned vet. Needless to say, I walked out one happy dude with my brand new Vape and all hooked up and ready to rock. If you are looking for a basic starter kit or super high end hobbyist collectable, they have you covered. They offer a huge Flavor Menu with all the Juices you could possibly want. Great Prices, Great Staff, Great Choices. What more could you ask for? They have a customer for life!
