Extra Space Storage

This place is very clean and well kept. I appreciate that very much when storing furniture items that I don’t want to get ruined. Ronald was very polite and personable. I had to bring my two small children with me when I went to check out the place and he was so kind to them and made us feel at ease. I do feel that the rate is a little high, but as it is close to our home and very clean, it will do.

Outside of the excellent customer service from Margarita, this business hasn’t had one single positive aspect to share. I had to give my notice to move as of today because when I went online to pay my bill, I had yet another rate increase. That’s the second one in 9 months. I’ve gone from 155 a month, to 188 a month. There’s entirely too many other options for storage. The attitude of the other gentleman that works there, leaves much to be desired. My interactions with him were always very poor. To the point that when I would go in to pay, if Margarita wasn’t there, I’d come back another day.
I just don’t understand the philosophy of raising the rent twice in 9 months. You think people just won’t move there stuff? Well I will. The U-​Haul is cheaper to move my stuff than leave it there and let you guys get away with this absurd fleecing. I couldn’t ever recommend this company to anyone. I kick myself for not following my instincts at the beginning and seeing their bait and switch pricing for what it was, unscrupulous business practices. Take your items and your money elsewhere.

A huge thank you to Margarita who made our move smoother than we could have hoped for! Margarita went above and beyond for us to secure a unit to fit our needs. She even made sure she would be on site for our cross country semi truck to arrive. Excellent experience! Thanks again!
