We just finished a complete kitchen remodel and went through parr for our cabinets. I am hoping this is not typical for them, but we received poor customer service through out the entire process. The cabinets we choose were semi customer kemper and we are happy with the product. The measurements parr took where wrong so when they came to install, they could only do part of the kitchen and had to reorder the correct sizes. This put the entire remodel behind. Then they continued to need more time to install and at one time, we waiting 3 weeks for them to come back and finish caulking and trim finish work. Then the cabinets installed-a few had poor paint quality and that took months to fix and we had to stay on parr to remediate the issue. We finally requested to have a different customer service/sales guy assigned to use and that was never provided. In fact, the eventually sent the sales guy to the house to finish the final fixes vs a contractor. Very frustrating experience!
