Burgers are big. The portion of fries you get are huge. The topping are numerous. Prices are a little high, but you get more food than other places.

I’ve only eaten here once and it was ok I guess. But every time I drive by this place there are always workers standing outside smoking.

I’m sooo done with this Five Guys location. The kid crew that works on Saturday nights is the worst. I’ve consistently had problems stopping in here on Saturday nights and I’ve finally given up for good. From problems with orders being wrong, to fries being under cooked, it is generally a bad experience. My complaints are taken as interruptions. Even had who I assume is the franchise owner(based on his license plate) leave while I was complaining, so he apparently doesn’t care either. Little Big Burger can’t arrive soon enough.

1÷17÷2016, Update, 2.5 years later, not much has changed. I have been craving a damn hot dog for days and I did not want to go eat anywhere after watching the game. Hubby owed me so he went to pick up lunch. My thoughts below. Fries still suck, limp, cold, over browned and greasy Hot Dog, split, grilled and placed on a bun, asked for a cheese dog, american cheese was what I received and all they offer, sad face. Burger bowl, hubby hates carbs so he thought it was OK, also wants a different type of cheese other than american to choose from(tastes like fake or Velveeta). He likes the options available but probably won’t be back because he only likes grass fed beef. Also burger was obviously not hot when the cheese was applied as it did not melt at all.

Been here bunch of times. .it’s great if you haven’t been here for awhile. .fries are pretty good. Burgers are decent. .the bread becomes so soggy you forget you’re eating a burger. .I just prefer not getting wet when I eat my food. Normally i just get the single patty. It’s nice that i can request my toppings. fries are good though. Wish they used organic potatoes however…

Thought I’d have 5 Guys tonight, it’s usually a good bet. I found their Ap on line and thought I would save time and give it a try. I like being able to order at my leisure and see all of the options. Well, I’m a a bit disappointed. When I arrived they all chimed in «John’s Here!» and then started the fries(the Ap says they’ll cook the fries once you arrive). The cook dropped the fries, then instructed a tall kid to remove the grease filters above the fryer — seemed a little odd. I mentioned that stuff had fallen into the fryer, he said it was ok. In the mean time another employee put fries that had been sitting in the bin into the bag with my burgers. Someone else set my shake on the counter. Finally a woman in a white shirt came out and they started to remake the fries and clean the grease. She dumped the old fries out of the bag and I waited for fresh fries. By the time I left with a wilted shake and cold burgers I wished I’d have waited to order in person. The woman(who seemed to be the manager) did offer to remake the shake, but I’d already been there too long. It’s surprising after the Chipolte problems that little actual care to food safety was observed by the line folks. At least the kitchen is in view, and really, they’ve done well in the past. No more Ap ordering at 5 Guys and a closer eye on the kitchen.

Five guys is an amazing place to go for a burger. It’s oregons version of in n out even though in n out is still better. When you walk into five guys you can scoop up peanuts while you wait for your amazing food to be made. The fries are definitely the best part. They are cooked in peanut oil and taste like heaven. When you bite into the burger after you try the fries you will be a little disappointed. That isn’t to say that the burger isn’t amazing just not as good compared to the fries. While all that is amazing you still need to wait for your food to be made for anywhere from 5 – 10 minutes. That’s not too long because of how happy you will be when you finally do get your food.

Had an opportunity to stop here for lunch while traveling to Portland this summer. The difference-maker between this Five Guys and others I’ve tried was the team of 3 employees I encountered during my lunch. The two girls behind the counter and the manager went out of their way to make me and my wife feel welcome and appreciated as customers. This type of customer service can be easily overlooked in restaurants today, but it was not here. It’s clear that this Five Guys takes pride in their location and the high level of service they provide.

Food is ok. Nothing special. Prices are way too high. Basically, Five Guys is a slightly upgraded McDonalds food. You ask for onions, you may get 3 small slivers. If you ask for jalapeños you get 2 or 3. The meat is basic frozen hockey pucks. I have gotten sick 4 of 6 times I’ve been there. Tried to give them another chance today, but after seeing new prices i thought maybe i should take out a second mortgage on my home. Think I’m done for good.

It’s hard to go wrong with Five Guys. Simple menu and a fairly consistent experience no matter which store you visit. This particular location was just okay for me. The food, as always, was great. We had several burgers, hot dogs, and tons of fries.(If you’ve never eaten at Five Guys, they practically pour fries all over the inside of your bag.) This location is in a fairly busy plaza with somewhat limited parking. The restaurant is wide open and bright though – great for groups. On a moderately busy afternoon, we weren’t greeted when we came in, nor thanked as we left.(Eat at several Five Guys, and you’ll know why that this is out of the ordinary.) A group of teenage girls got a hearty«Bye ladies» from one of the kitchen staff. Maybe their Unilocal check-in will mention the watchful eye of the staff.

Don’t ever go here! The food was crazy expensive. I got a burger, fries and a soft drink. It cost over 13 dollars. There were five employees and one family eating there, yet the tables were dirty. It took forever to get my meal and when I got it I was exited. The fries looked great, but they soon disappointed me. They had no flavor! The burger looked like something you would get from McDonald’s. Maybe I just came on a bad day and they are actually really good, but coming from that experience, don’t go to five guys.

Really good burgers and fries but bring lots of napkins because very messy burgers. The patties seem thinner than some places but overall I like five guys and I like how the fries are fresh and cut there.

Five guys is a good option for fast food burgers. Actual meat cooked when you order it. I rarely have an issue with them messing up my order. Pros– hot burger, fresh with actual beef. Lots of options for toppings, which I love(jalapeños? Yes please!!). Peanuts to entertain the kids, small and large size options, fair amount of seating. Cons– I always have to wipe down a table, i hate stepping on peanut shells, and I feel very rushed when i place my order. Even if there is no one waiting behind me. Glad there is a 5 Guys near me for when the mood strikes, so much better as far as fast food goes than BK or McD’s…

I like Five Guys, but this location is the best. There is a woman who works here who is the friendliest person I have ever encountered at any business. She rocks! Today I brought my Gluten intolerant son with me and we brought his own bun. I had called ahead and was told it was okay. I thought we would get our food and just put his burger on the bun for him. Instead they asked if we wanted it prepared for him. I was floored! That is top class, Five Guys! Thank you for making our day.(I hope this doesn’t get you in trouble)

If you like In-N-Out and are looking for a replacement in the northwest, then you found that and more in Five Guys. Consider this the same style of fast food burger, just bigger and better in every way. It’s like a chipotle for burgers. Order whatever toppings you want an make it your own. This is what really sets it apart from In-N-Out. Instead of a basic burger and that secret menu crud, Five Guys has a huge list of every great burger topping. The price is slightly high for a fast food burger, but you will understand the value once you try it. The other big thing about Five Guys is the fries. Better than In-N-Out’s for sure, the Five Guys approach to fries is exactly what it should be: potatoes are cheap, let’s give them a ton. Order them and be prepared to split!
