Totally forgettable food and service. Our waiter never came back around after dropping off the food. The soups tasted like they were out a container. The salad bar was fresh and had a decent selection of toppings, but the dressings were awful. Worst ranch dressing ever. The broccoli cheese soup was rather runny, quite bland, and the large chunks of broccoli were under cooked. We tried for ten minutes to get our waiter’s attention and he looked straight at us a couple of times and went the other way. Absolutely will not return. — — — — — — — - Ruby Tuesday, what on earth would be the point? You guys have countless bad reviews and don’t seem remotely interested in fixing the problem. My guess is you’d probably give me a coupon, and I’m really not interested in eating your food.

Good, attentive service and the food wasn’t too bad either. The drink menu looked good. Might have to come back to try it out.

Me and my boyfriend have been into this restaurant a few times and have always had an average time. Average service and food. Until this last time. First we were seated and waited 20 minutes before our waitress showed up. She apologized and said no one told her we had been seated. We put an order in for our food, mind you just us 2 and waited ANHOUR for it to come it. It was a typical afternoon not very busy. Our waitress never came over to see if our drinks were still full or let us know why the food was taking so long, we almost just decided to walk out. Finally our food comes so we ask our waitress why it took an hour for us to get it and all she said was«well I took it from the window once it came up» and that was it. No apologies, nothing. Very disappointed with the service. Take your money else where people because this restaurant does not care about its patrons.

Food is okay. Gets pretty boring after a couple of visits. Service is great and the prices are not bad. There is a large selection. I just got tired of the same menu after visiting several times.

Describing Ruby Tuesday for those who have not been: It’s almost a twist off from Red Robin and McGraths but with a salad bar and a small selection of seafood(salmon, lobster, and shrimp). If you get the salad option you walk to the salad bar; pretty decent selection if you go there at the right time, I have yet to go there at the right time though. Ambiance: It has a western feel to it, full bar and bar section, outside option; bad idea on a windy day at this specific restaurant since its next to a very large pond it can get extremely cold but has a beautiful view. Full view of kitchen and a salad bar. Good idea for birthday and family get togethers or a nice lunch with someone but not really for a date, too energetic and noisy. Does have T. v for sports, best place to watch would be in the bar area. Not so many people walking around over there. Food: First time around was actually quite good. I would even give that experience a five star. I had the Tilapia with a handful of shrimp on top and a white cheese drizzle with grilled zucchini and onion rings. Tilapia was cooked perfectly; they did not hold back on the shrimp like you would see in some places, zucchini hot perfectly seasoned, and the onion rings crispy. My grandfather had the bourbon salmon with the salad selection; the salmon was flaky and the bourbon glaze was superb, he really enjoyed the meal. Our appetizer was the sweet Thai shrimp, all the shrimp had the glaze and was crispy. Second time around:(Granted this was during Mothers day and they were busy) I am a creature of habit and got the same thing but this time ordered fries instead of zucchini, still perfect. My grandfather got the classic house cheese burger and my grandmother got a lobster with sirloin and baked potato. our appetizers were the shrimp and cheese dip and the mixed platter. Appetizers were perfect, fresh and crispy. However, the burger was sub-par probably the same quality you could get at a burger king. The lobster was not cooked thoroughly and both burger and sirloin were not cooked to the correct specifications; medium-rare, both were rare to mooo and instead of getting fries like I ordered i received mashed potatoes; no complaint from me however, the mashed potatoes were actually quite good. both times service was good but not memorable, it seemed as though they were always being over-seated. However, they were friendly and very helpful. I would have to say if you went during a normal day instead of a busy day, like a holiday, the food quality would be a bit better. Going there while it was very busy was not the greatest idea in food quality. You could tell they were rushing through it. I plan to go again in the future and will alter my star rate depending on what quality is given since it will be my third time going to any Ruby Tuesday and I can give a more equal rating.

The prices are a little steep for what you get. I would much rather get a burger from Thirsty Lion or perhaps even Five Guys Fries and overload it with goodies. My boyfriend really liked the fries. I probably won’t come back because of the much better options available in the area for the same price range. The patio is very beautiful though!

I have never been to Ruby Tuesdays and wont go again. Stale or hard fries, over saturated with salt fillets and the tiniest steak the world has ever seen. No joke. The size of 2 golf balls and that’s being generous with the description.

This place has gotten really really bad. They dont give you very much food for what you pay and service is really bad. A big guy with a beard at the bar helped me and he was busy making fun of another customer with a lady. Horrible. What business makes fun of their bread and butter. We got our order and it was someone elses I think. It is some kind of fish. I am alergic to fish and now they are closed. $ 44 later I guess I dont get dinner. This place used to be friendly and busy. Now that the corporation has taken it back you would expect it to be really perfect but its far from it. If these folks dont get it in gear they will just be an added statistic instead of a restaurant and we will have to look at an empty building. I guess I will call again tomorrow to see about getting the correct order. Ugggh!

Happy Hour food is extremely Mediocre. Decent. Edible. I could still make a better burger at home with non microwaved bacon bun had no condiments cheese fries are burnt kind of so its a resounding MEH good in a pinch decent prices but not my first choice.

Disgusting. I have been there twice. The first time I ordered I chicken sandwich. Had to be one of the most bland meal I’ve ever had. The only reason we went back was because they were the only place open on Thanksgiving.(My wife had to work until 8pm). I was hoping that our first visit there was a fluke. Maybe it was an off night. I ordered the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes. What I got was very small glob of fat with a little bit of meat attached to it. The mashed potatos were as thin as a meth addict and just as appealing. Next thanksgiving we are going to McDonalds.

Ruby’s isn’t amazing, but it’s worth a visit once a month when the coupons arrive. $ 5 off $ 15 makes it worth adding a beverage to a $ 12.50−13.00 lunch because adding the drink actually makes the total less than it would be with a glass of water. You have to sign up on the website to get the coupons and they also send you a coupon for a total free meal during your birthday month.

Smallest hamburger I’ve ever been served with a small handful of fries for $ 11.50? I definitely won’t be returning here again.

Been there multiple times… Our favorite items: Spicy Jalapeño Pretzel Cheeseburger: Awesome Shrimp Po’ Boy Flatbread: pretty good(love the bacon bits on this). Their fries are awesome One of their steaks(don’t remember which one) is pretty good as well. Did not like these: Fire Wings Southern style chicken tenders, Side of rice. Fried mozarella: decent.

We received a gift card so we headed out on a Sunday evening. Server was pleasant — thus the one star. HH margarita may have been sprinkled with tequila? Not sure so had a second… no definitive no. Salad bar — looked impressive from the door. Nope. Limited choices including tomatoes that hadn’t been cored before slicing. Potato salad made from dehydrated potatoes? Oh no they were left over dried up baked potatoes from last night. All the other patrons were served little biscuits but none offered to us. Shrimp fondue had hubby asking if it was creamed corn dip. Sweet and otherwise tasteless. Shrimp grits — so salty from bacon and canned cheese sauce I ate two bites. Grits were instant. Such a simple dish to do great but not here. New Orleans Seafood — canned cheese sauce on tilapia. Served with boxed rice. Yawn. $ 55 later — wish I’d stuck to bottled beer and mozzarella sticks. Sorry my friends wasted their hard earned money for the gift card.

My boyfriend and I live up the street so we are frequent visitors of Ruby. However, it is not because the food is exceptionally good or the price, more so based off of convenience. The food is moderately priced and the typical food served here is in the realm of Apple Bees, Red Robin, etc. I think it’s classier than Apple Bees though(haha, if that exists), they just updated their look inside to a more modern/dining feel. Did an overhaul and remodeled things. We both had burgers and mine was satisfying. How can you go wrong with a cheeseburger, they cooked the meat as I asked of ‘medium rare’ which I was surprised by because it’s typically still served medium. The fries were hot and the portion was generous. My boyfriend got the jalapeño burger and he said it was so-so. I did not taste it, but noticed the fried jalapeño strings on it did not come out crunchy as they looked in the picture, go figure. Ruby always has coupons for 50% off an entrée, or $ 5 off a $ 15 purchase, a free desert etc. if you join their mailing club list. Overall a 3 out of 5. We arrived hungry and left full, no real complaints.

Ambiance is great. Location is great. Drinks are pretty good. Food is not. My advice is to come here and sit at the bar or outside for some cocktails and maybe an appetizer, then go somewhere else for dinner. Salad bar is the best part.

This review is for the bar. I no longer eat in the restaurant(it would be lacking another star or more) because I don’t have any young kids(yeah me! sorry parents desperate enough to eat out anywhere — nothing personal, I used to be you). DURINGHH — a variety of $ 5 adult beverages and assorted bar food also for 5 bucks makes it bearable, but it’s the bar staff who add a sparkly star for their speedy and unflappable service. If you are going to eat something aside from fried food — go with the 1980s salad bar — it’s actually pretty decent in a Molly Ringwald/Judd Nelson sorta way.

I know this is a chain, but they do it RIGHT. We went on recommendation from another Unilocaler friend. He recommended the burgers made from prime. These were just done perfectly. Excellent taste, and BONUS– the meat was made EXACTLY to specifications. We wanted medium and it was just right. The roll is was on, the fries… everything perfect. *This was the first burger, in a great long while, in a long string of other restaurants, that I ordered«Medium» and got it correct. How hard is that? Kudos to Ruby. I also had the salad bar, which was all fresh and top notch. I especially liked this broccoli salad they have. Service was great. Server made sure we had some cheesy biscuits. I definitely look forward to returning here.
