So far. Gone to this bar over the last few years and it has been terrible every time. Had pool league so i had to go back against my will… Got food poisoning, then had my debit card fried in the deep frying… Why the hell was my card any where the deep frying? Do you think they changed the oil.. No!!! Food was served after I got my card back… Just saying… Today went there to visit a friend for pool league… Had two drinks after volunteering for a charity event… And was told I was cut off… No I was not drunk by any means but she said that her and another bartender(who wasn’t even working) thought we should be cut off. Five friends said we were fine and had no idea why they would say that after seeing multiple people stumble out of there… If you are not a local person who knows the bartenders, then don’t go there as they will treat you like shit. I went to another local bar two blocks away and they said I was fine after I told them what happened. Stay away from this place.

Good little place to hang out .went there for an Oregon game and it was a good experience although Oregon lost. but their burger was delicious. .had the one with egg bacon and all that unhealthy stuff but it was delicious. …tots were good and the beer as well. Did not like one of the mushroom thing in the appetizer plate with the different finger foods but other than that it was good.

Cheap drinks and the ladies that work there are nice and know their bar. Food is good for being bar food. Their pool talbles are great. There’s a jukebox and clean bathrooms, which is a plus.

Cheap drinks and not a bad atmosphere but I will not be returning because of the unfriendly staff and poor service.

Neighborhood bar with a friendly feel regardless of some leather vests being sported. Cheap beer and food. Spurs beat the Lakers tonight so Rock n roll!

What makes this place different than the other bars in the area? Not much. Sorry.

Been going this little place after my one fav local hangout closed a little over a year ago. I know the staff here to be very friendly and warm during the day. I know friends that used to go here and still go here. An old departed friend still I think has a spirit of the place. When I go here I tend to feel his precence. They have the best tuna sandwhiches here. I order that every time I go here. The best EVER. Good liquor selection and great little area to be in.

Pretty good night! Stacey the bartender was a treat. Drinks were strong and price good. Burger was great, onion rings good, fries okay. Multiple pool tables and a poker tournament three nights a week. All in all, a good evening.

So, once upon a time there was this one dive bar and it was much beloved by it’s regulars, and the regulars were settled in a bit with each other as you do with family(not your immediate family, but the cousins you aren’t entirely sure how you’re related to), and it was open for many many years and then! It closed. And the regulars were sad, and cast out in many directions to find a new comfortable spot, auditioning many along the way. Is this that new spot? Well for many, it is. For me — no, but it is a comfy, homey joint with friendly bartenders and patrons alike. Drinks are a reasonably strong pour, fine for the price certainly, and the bar is well stocked. There was something like 15 different vodkas, for example. All the flavors, many brands. I’m not trying to go on a fruit flavored vodka tasting any time soon(although, why not really?) but I point that out as an easy example that you should be able to find what you look for here. There’s an ambiance that’s missing though, for me. A warmth, an instant familiarity, something… the requisite diveyness I enjoy, perhaps. So while it might not be my new hangout, it is a decent place to stop once in a while, play some pool, see some familiar faces that have settled in to their new spot. I will visit.

Yes, it is a dive bar. Yes, it is in Beaverton. Yes, it has a name that brings to mind Sleepy Hollow and Headless Horsemen. This would’ve been the kind of place you’d walk out of smelling like you took a dip in a swimming pool full of ashtrays before the smoking ban. I met up with my father for lunch here the other day… and he is the king of all those formerly-smokey and cheap dive bars. They have a decent menu of fairly typical bar food. I got chicken strips for around $ 6 …definitely cheap, and well, pretty tasty. Also, the fries are great! Fresh cut and double fried, we ordered another basket to share after all our food arrived because we decided we didn’t already have enough with our meals! There are pool tables, video poker, and arcade games. I also see that they have wifi as well as ample parking; good to know when I’m in need of a place to hangout with my laptop in the future.

It’s a bar that has a good selection of fried bar food. However, I wanted a burger that day. I chose the Bod Burger which has cheese, bacon, and egg. It was decent enough and satisfied my burger craving. There’s a couple pool tables and all the usual bar things(TVs, lotto machines). Probably the kind of place that I would have avoided before the smoking ban.

The smoking ban continues to help reveal new places to hang out to me! This bar in my neighborhood has caught my attention a few times, but before the ban, I’d have never gone in there. The bar has 4 or 5 tvs tuned to sports(2 are flat screen), 6 or so video lottery machines, and a fair # of tables. But the real center of the action were the 4 pool tables. There was a pool league playing that night. Ambience is basic sports/dive bar. It is nicer than a dive bar though — it is obviously someplace people care. I didn’t have any food, but the people who had burgers sitting next to me looked very happy. Fairly big menu of various and assorted fried things. Good strong FREE wifi too. Used my computer for about 30 min while I was there. Two ladies working were very nice. Paper was around, a fair # of tables — although most were near the pool tables. A nice place to hang in the ‘burbs.
