Although technically a «dive bar», Pit Stop is one of my favorite establishments in Beaverton and the greater Portland region. Their breakfast is served all day and absolutely delectable, and the service is unparalleled – my coffee cup never runs dry and the servers are always very friendly. To top it all off, the music is always on point, playing from wide variety of genres, but mostly pleasant alternative gems. All masterful purveyors of quality tunes, tasty food, and reasonably priced drinks will be in for a full feast of the senses at this hidden gem off Canyon Rd.

The manager of this place is terrible, she thinking she has people skills but that’s just because she’s too full of herself. The food was mediocre and drinks were terrible, there was no balance in them… The waitress goes around touching people as she’s ask if they want another drink(very unprofessional) is almost as if she uses this to get people to get more drinks…

Service was confrontational. My choice of seats was challenged in an empty bar. Then there was the uncomfortable standoff while I looked at the menu. The server may have been having a bad day but the dive bar atmosphere dove too deep. Not worth the visit unless you’re getting free drinks from the abrasive staff.

This place has gone downhill to say the least. They put actual iced tea in my Long Island. Bye Felicia.

Pros: Stuff drinks, fast and friendly staff, large portions of good food for cheap prices. I was pleasantly surprised. Cons: They no longer have the Bloody Mary bar that is still advertised on their website.

I am way to pissed off from terrible service to even write a review. Needless to say I will never be back and I will not be recommending it to anyone. Rude service.

I used to love this place. My friends and I have been eating and drinking here for years. Tonight is probably the last time I will ever go to the Pit Stop. A new manager was hired awhile back and she is running that place into the ground. Tonight I called in an order to go. She answered the phone and seemed really irritated that a customer would call in to order food. When she asked me what side I wanted with my meal I asked her what my options where she said and I quote«you mean you want me to read the whole list to you? !». Yes, yes I would like to know what sides are offered on the BBQ platter. Can you imagine going to a restaurant and asking the waitress what sides are available and having her say that to you much less the manager of the place? Lots of people around the neighborhood will no longer go to Pit Stop because of this manager. I hope the owners wake up before it’s too late.

Great pulled pork! I’d skip the brisket as it’s a bit dry.

Went to watch some Patriots football and was a fun time. Diverse crowd, good food, reasonable prices and fun crowd. Nancy was our bartender and she was awesome, rocking it Beaverton style being friendly and attentive. They have NFL Sunday Ticket so you can find every game and they also have other events and specials during the week. Great place to check out for football, a meal, or drinks.

I don’t know where we went wrong… so huge fan of the Mac not cheese. I rave about it. Always been happy with the food from this place. ordered take out tonight and got food for people who’ve never had the food… naturally we talked it up. Totally stoked up until. the first bite. It was all terrible. Spent 55.00 bucks on food. Even tipped. It was all so bad. 3 Jelopano Mac n Cheese — bland terrible seriously it just tasted like macaroni. 1 regular Mac n — see above Brisket Philly — dry as dirt and flavorless. I think it took them longer to spell out on the menu then it took them to make this. The Cuban — see above. Dry and flavorless Oh and we ordered cheese fries. the cook did manage to get tested fried with cheese on point. Look I dont mean to be so negative, but this is my money and whatever has changed at the pit stop needs to be fixed. If you’re not gonna make. the food right just don’t do it. Why waste time and money on a menu/website and fail at the execution of those products. It’s frustrating to feel like you just wasted 55.00. Will not be eating here again. Disappointed Pit Stop.

I am a somewhat(once every few weeks) user of Delivered Dish. I have been looking at the menu for The Pit Stop for months, and finally decided to order from them and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! I ordered the Smoked Sampler Plate and it came with a quarter rack of ribs, sliced brisket and smoked pulled pork with choice of one side and Texas toast. I chose the spicy jalapeño mac and cheese for my side. I also ordered a side of beans and mashed potatoes. Hubby and I split the grub and we have leftovers. The smoked meats were very good. We smoke our own so nothing can compare to ours, but this joint does a good job, the meat is not overly smoked and the BBQ sauce was decent. I like a little more pull to my ribs, but some like the fall off the bone style which is what they serve. The mashed potatoes were homemade and came with 2 different gravy options, a white sausage and a brown gravy(out of a Sysco can I am sure, but pretty decent). The baked beans are scratch made as well and had brisket in them. A thumbs up from my husband. Lastly the Jalapeño Mac and Cheese was delicious, and spicy, and topped with breadcrumbs. I really enjoyed it. The Texas Toast went in the sink because it was pretty limp, I am sure it tastes better when eaten in the restaurant. Overall, very good, we will be ordering from them again!

What a fantastic dinner. the music was loud so we sat outside and they turned it down for us. The waitress Jamie took excellent and quick care of us. We had beer and the barbeque sampler platter. It was all delicious. We will be back because the food was great and so was the service. Please add fresh apple pie to the menu thank you very much

Great little dive joint. BBQ is good, servers are friendly, and 90% of the time the service is quick. My only complaint is that the wifi rarely works. I like to work during lunch, and just can’t do it from the Pit Stop.

Went in today sat in restaurant area. They werent busy, waitress walked by several times without helping me. This was over the course of over 15 minutes. Just stood up and finally walked out without being helped. What the Hell, wont be back which is a shame cause their food is good.

Do you know what we love here… TAKEOUT… No joke… Looks like this place gets a lot of regulars who enjoy the drinks, TVs, karaōke and video poker. I am not a bar person. TAKEOUT — their food is awesome. We usually order their BBQ sampler which is very tasty down to their Texas toast and BBQ sauce. The meat is falling off the bone goooood. Tator tots, onion rings — fried goodness and even their sandwiches, burgers and salads do not disappoint. Great portions and awesome service — they are always super friendly when we drop in. They also always get our order right! So… seriously…TAKEOUT! Or dine in… but again, it is a bar so if you are into that. They are also on Delivery Dish if you are feeling extra lazy some evening.

Walked in at 10am on a Saturday, sat down at a table and waited… almost got up and left, but eventually a waitress showed. I wish we had left. Ordered pancakes($ 5.99) and a side of bacon($ 2.99) and coffee. Took a couple bites of pancake and something was off-tasting so I had the fiancé try a bite. We both agreed they were sour– not like sourdough, more like sour milk. Mentioned it to the waitress when we asked for the bill, who checked with the cook who said they don’t use milk in the pancakes. Either way, I wasn’t going to eat anymore of them. Waitress never came around to check on us after dropping off the food so we never got drink refills. Overall disappointing and unsatisfying = A rare one-star review from me.

Great little dive spot. Staff was so awesome and hilarious. The breakfast food tasted like home cooking. The only downfall is they no longer offer the build your own Bloody Mary bar. But the house Bloody Mary is pretty dang delicious!
