My sister and I had a great experience here! We were running errands, and showed up 5 minutes before they closed, and the person serving us said that he’d be happy to take care of us, even though the replacement made him go home 20 minutes past close. He was very friendly and gave us awesome service. Also, the price was not bad at all either, much less than going to get new ones.

This is my new ink shop! I came in on a whim to look for new ink for my Epson printer, and the lady gave me a choice between the brand name ink, or generic. The generic was $ 6 cheaper, so after she assured me that it would work just as well, I chose that one. Ink got installed last night and I can finally print word docs again! I’m glad she gave me the choice, I feel like not all places would do that. I am definitely coming here for all of my printer ink needs!

I went in to get an ink carteridge refill and was so glad that I found a place close to my house. The refill was a good enough price at $ 11. However, I went home to print some pictures and by the 5th4×6 the colors were completely off. I went in the next day to talk to the woman who helped me with the refill and explained the situation. She said that carteridges can become that way after being refilled 2 or 3 times. I have never had a carteridge do that so early, and I normally refill mine 5 or 6 times before buying a new one. She explained that I would need to buy a new one because this one has lost it’s ability to print yellow. She also said that when she checked the diagnostics yesterday, her computer showed that the carteridge was in good condition. hmm. After repeatedly telling me I needed to buy a new one and offering no other solution, I said well this is really odd for me since it’s never happened, and thank you, but I’ll probably bring the carteridge to the place I normally go and ask them to fill and see if it does the same thing. Well, then she started yelling at me! She was speaking very fast and very loudly how she doesn’t care if I go somewhere else and she had explained to me several times what the issue was and that I wasn’t listening. Then she said that she had been willing to refund the carteridge and then a new one wouldn’t have been full price. She said she had been saying that to me the whole time but I hadn’t been listening or was cutting her off. She had never said that before, only that I needed a new one. Also, by this time she was just yelling furiously at me and I asked her to please stop yelling and I didn’t understand why she was so angry with me. I have never experienced a manager of a store do this to me and I was quite shaken. She refunded my money harshly and took the carteridge, so I still don’t know if there was a problem with it or not. Needless to say I left in tears and will never return.
