If I checked in here every time I came I would be embarrassed. I like this location. Its clean and mostly in stock. If I can’t find anything staff will take the time to find it.
I am a fan of the self check out. I wish that if people didn’t know how to use it that they would wait in line. It makes this line much longer than it needs to be.
There is a guy with glasses in electronics, every time I come in he is very helpful, he greets everyone with a good attitude and knowledgable about the products.

I absolutely love this Target. When I lived in Hillsboro I used to frequently visit this target. I love the layout as it is all on one floor. The return policy is simple. I got the red card which gives me a 5% discount on my purchase. After my experience here, I have become a Target Loyalist. I have typically found everything I was looking for — clothes, accessories, cleaning supplies, etc. I love the smell of popcorn at the store, immediately relaxes me after a hectic day at work and crazy traffic.

Target is my go-​to for household items, like TP, detergent, and cat litter. The pharmacy is the best: efficient, helpful, and open long hours. Plus, the pharmacy rewards (5% off a visit after 5 fills) helps a ton. Add this to the 5% off I get for having a Red Debit Card, and I’m saving 10% on everything I buy. I hit their clothing section every once in a while, and their underwear section is great.
The Cartwheel app is worth it if you just sit in the parking lot for 2 minutes beforehand and look up the items on your list to see if there are discounts available.

This is closest to my house and is somewhere that my family frequents often. We go for groceries, seasonal kitchen décor, bathroom décor– towels, carpets, food, electronics, phones, clothing and toiletries. We can find pretty much anything we need there and the deals are pretty good– especially in electronics. The staff are also really friendly and helpful. I think that the team and employee relationships are great and there is a high morale among the store workforce (certainly better than at some stores I have heard) which results in better customer service and atmosphere. It’s also a great place to work from what I’ve seen– I just started working in the Mobile Phone section and have really enjoyed it so far. I love meeting new people and helping my guests as much as I can to find just what they need and my team is really great– we all support each other, keep up positive attitudes, have a lot of fun and enjoy doing our jobs, and love helping our guests.

This review is specfic to Christmas Eve. I am so impressed by, and grateful to, Target for helping me out of an awkward hosting situation. Who runs out of butter and salt on Christmas Eve? More specifically, what hostess/​chef/​planner runs out of butter and salt on Christmas Eve? Awkward, especially because I was hosting Christmas Breakfast and Christmas Dinner. Bless Target for being open late Christmas Eve. Say what you will about commercialism etc, but I for one was delighted they were open. Five stars right there. Also five stars for the great attitude of the plentiful staf. Lots of people smiling, lots of help available. Most customers seemed like they were just out for some fun, casual shopping, but there were a handful of stressed, hurried individuals too (yous truly). Thank you thank you thank you Target!

Worst target experiences ever! Looking to purchase few iPad for my cousins and base on their policy only can sell 1 per person per day. I came in yesterday with group of 4 people. Matt B from electronic department refused my request for 4 iPads since we have 4 people. And he told me only 1 per household. But we have 4 people with 4 different last name and 4 different address. But Matt B still considering we are «1 household». After talk to store manager and problem fixed and we purchased 4 iPad with some «nice» attitude. And today I’m looking for just 1 more iPad mini and I got told from Matt B I can’t purchase today since I purchased yesterday! Wtf is that policy? Be aware the «policy» to this store and specially if you are Asian. They don’t give us any nice attitude at all! Will never ever stop by this store again!

This Target is always the cleanest one around. I have been to several Targets in the portland area and they are always a mess. This location is always very busy and I have heard one of the busiest around. I like how I can find anything here and really have enjoyed the addition of the grocery section a few years ago.

Target has always been my go to store – for anything and everything. I’ve shopped here for years, and I would drive 30+ minutes to go shopping at Target even though other similar stores were closer. I loved this store — loved…
Last week I wound up getting ill while shopping. Not– I have the sniffles ill, nor was it an I’m dying ill– but still an I need to get to the ER ill. And it should be noted the illness is not Target related, they did not cause it.
A Target employee was nearby when I felt the need to sit on the floor because I thought I was going to pass out. They never approached me as the color left my skin, they never looked over at me as I began to vomit (I’ll spare you poor readers the details – just know it was a sad day). I did hear them engage another customer when she asked for details about a product, so I know they were alive and not a store prop ;-)
Is it normal to sit on the floor of Target as an adult? Is that why they didn’t approach me?
I ended up being able to get ahold of a family member who took me to the ER.
I emailed target because I was surprised by their lack of concern for my wellbeing while shopping. Don’t they have some slogan about Target Cares? I didn’t expect the royal treatment– but I did expect common courtesy in asking if I was ok? Did I need help? But I got none of that. I’ve worked retail/​customer service, and we’ve always had basic first aid classes, and were told to ask if people needed help (not so we could fix them up but so we could call 911, etc.).
This is Target’s generic response 3 days later:
I’m glad you’ve taken the time to write us about your experience. I understand that you weren’t given the service you have come to expect at Target. (My note: this already sounds like a template to send to angry customers).
We expect our team members to be helpful while you’re shopping. From the experience you described, it sounds like we didn’t meet your expectations. (My note: CLEARLY you didn’t meet my expectations – that’s why I wrote you). We take your comments seriously, and I’ve shared your feedback with our Store Leadership for further review. …(Blah blah blah)… We’ll keep working to provide you with the experience you’ve come to expect at Target.
That’s it. No apology for hanging me out to dry, not even a real letter– that’s clearly a form that just reiterates my complaint without real human thought.
I’m very disappointed in my favorite store, and with that… No more Target shopping for me or my family, and I will continue to tell my friends about this experience because a store like this doesn’t deserve your business.

This store literally has it all (almost everything, anyways)… I just have to leave a review for my favorite department store of all time. I’ve been shopping here religiously for as long as I can remember. I’m particularly a fan of the Mossimo clothing line and all of the clothes that Target carries. They consistently have new styles for each season and their clothes are inexpensive, and while not the BEST quality, you get what you pay for, plus some. Their tanks and shirts last a long time, and they have some really nice sun dresses and pants for work.
Their home décor section has stepped it up a notch lately, and I can always find an employee easily if I ever need to find something. They have a great beauty section, as well as numerous Target brand products that I love.
I could go on and on, but Target is my favorite store, hands down.

This is a newer target, big with a nice grocery area, and a fairly easy layout. Outside there is plenty of parking. Inside is big with enough lines to get people through fast, even on weekends when it is busy. If you need a break this Target has a Pizza Hut inside it.
Target prices are good with lots of sales, in this this location is like all the others. Checkers are fast and efficient and most of the time greet you with a smile. Staff through out the store are good at helping you find what you need.
This target carries the full range of what Target sells so just about everything that you use regularly from cloths, pharmacy, towels, electronics the list goes on. The store like most targets is a bright lit but generic kind of place but they keep it clean and well stalked and that keeps me coming back.

I went in to buy a smart phone and I got «convinced» that I needed a tablet. The sales person was very knowledgeable and «took care of me» and after considerable time, I left the store with my new device with Verizon service. I was told I would get all my money back if I returned it withing 14 days. When I got home I read on the back page of my receipt that if I didn’t return the phone in 3 days I would not get my activation fee back, so I took it back the next day.
The sales person tried to convince me to keep it during the free trial period. I mentioned the activation fee and she said she had never seen that happen and not to worry about it. I told her I didn’t feel good about that as it was in writing so I gave the tablet back. It took over an hour to convince her I did not want the device and then about 40 minutes to process the return and cancellation.
So 5 days latter I am still getting emails from Verizon about my account, but of course I can’t log in as I have cancelled. I was able to find out from their recording that I am past due $ 71, I finally got through to a Verizon rep who told me my bill had not been completed yet but I would owe for the one day’s use and data usage.
This is not what I was told. They tried to convince me to keep the phone for the two weeks telling me I would get a full refund if I brought it back. Am I glad I didn’t give into the pressure.

It’s a target! Not much else to say about it.
Came in just the other day to look around and saw some cute things. A couple of skirts I was interested in didn’t have my size, but there were a bunch of xs and xxl!

Why is it every time I venture into a Target (even with a shopping list) I end up buying more things and spent more than originally planned? Why is it so nice and bright, and orderly inside?
Target is a store that I love to hate, or is it hate to love? Either way, you are a guilty habit of convenience! Gah!

Target is getting some cool things in store. I was disappointed by the lack of super bowl promotional things.
My most memorable moment in target was last year. My son was using birthday money to buy a bike. The total was far less than what I expected. The checker was patronizing and didn’t listen to my question. My husband and I looked at the receipt and they had charged us $ 24.99 for a $ 110.00 new bike. As great of a deal that was we just couldn’t walk out the store knowing they under charged us. We went to customer service and pointed out the error. I had to ask if we could be rewarded for being honest and were told no. Not even 10% off as a thank you. They found out that one of their employees had mislabeled all the bikes. We didn’t even get a thank you or acknowledgment that we caught their error and saved them from losing a lot of money.

Why is it that every time I go into Target without a list, I come out with five times as much as I needed? Hell, I do that even with a list. I hate Target. But it’s the kind of hate that makes you stick around. I don’t want to need you, but you do me right every time.
A step up from Wally World, this particular location has just your regular old suburbians shuffling through isles, looking for lost children, and rolaids. I have only been to one other location since I moved here and this, being the closest, is the one I frequent most. Nothing special about it really but the staff is friendly and it is pretty organized.
Overall this location isn’t bad. It’s usually packed to the brim with shoppers but what store that sells TP, candles, and tangerines isn’t going to be at 10pm? Now you’re wondering why I would need those three things at the same time.
I’ve been to worst places.

Always friendly and helpful. There are always shopping carts and baskets available. The tore is always clean. Always a pleasure to shop here. Great customer service! Thank you.

My usual goto Target.

As much as I love Target, this particular location isn’t my favorite. It’s always busy, lines are long, and staff is generally sub-​par. I much prefer the Sherwood or Beav Hills locations.
I went last week to buy a particular lamp, but it was out of stock. I found the nearest phone for assistance and waited 2 – 3 minutes for an employee to arrive (they say «60 seconds» on the phone). The employee said there were none in back but that the Washington Square store should have some in stock. I asked if she could call to make sure, but instead she had me write down their number and told me to call them myself. There have been several times in the past when I’ve had to go to another store to pick something up, but the employee helping me has always, always made the call.
So I call the other store, standing in the lamp aisle, and on a major time crunch. I get transferred to 4 different people before someone can look it up for me (all the transferring took 20 minutes — no joke). I had to read off the name of the product several times to the person on the phone because I couldn’t make out the small number on the price tag. Ugh. After all of that, I decided to not get the lamp at all because I don’t have enough time after the long call.
And don’t get me started about the gal selling Boots makeup. I was an aisle over and could hear her hounding this poor lady about trying the makeup. The customer kept repeating she was just looking for a face wash for her son and was not interested, but the employee persisted. I avoided the Boots aisle completely.
Overall, this Target is just average.

The closest Target store to my home. Carried pretty much everything and makes up for that fact that there is no Walmart nearby except a neighborhood Walmart which has only Groceries.
The addition of a Grocery section makes it convenient to get some Grocery stuff although i wish they had more of the fresh fruits and vegetables.

I am giving them a 5 star for one reason and one reason alone: I have been looking for my favorite peanut butter for *FIVE* years. Target carries it!
Note: this store went through an upgrade and grocery store items. They are more expensive due to them having less items… but, if you are into getting milk while at Target? Knock yourself out. Doubt I would ever shop here besides getting peanut butter. (I like TJ’s too much, and Fred Meyer has far more selection, far better prices.)
