Wendy’s

I won’t make this fast food review long winded because there really is no need.
Wendy’s has always been a little bit better than its competitors in my opinion (not including Burgerville).
I was hungry and came through here even though I shouldn’t have. My food was hot, my order was correct and the drive through employee was nice.

I know it’s not fine dining or anything, but basic customer service would be really nice.
We were one of only two groups in the restaurant last night, and they forgot our order. We’d been told there’d be a 5 minute wait for a chicken sandwich, which was fine. It was the only sandwich we ordered, so we sat and drank our sodas while we waited. For fifteen minutes. We sat there as several employees wandered back and forth near the cash register, having loud personal conversations. Finally, the person who took our order walked to the front and loudly said to another woman working, «I forgot about those people’s order.» The person on the line then COMPLAINED to her that we’d been staring at them!
Then, my husband went to get a refill (just as his sandwich was completed and quietly set on the counter), and the man behind the counter said in a very sarcastic tone, «YES, sir, YOU can have ALL the soda you want.» We couldn’t believe that after the whole ordeal of just getting a sandwich, more than one employee felt the need to be rude to us! I don’t know what the heck’s going on here, but it’s sure not customer service training.

Wendy’s has a new flatbread sandwich, that I thought was pretty good. It came with grilled chicken, honey mustard sauce, tomato, and a spring mix of lettuces. I would go there again to eat it. My husband got the same item, with asiago ranch sauce and bacon. Probably more tasty than mine, because everything is better with bacon.

The food was tasty and came out fairly fast. I still think the prices have gone up WAY too much. $ 6.00 for a number 1 meal? Are you kidding me? They had clean tables and a clean high chair available, which is really nice. All in all it was a good place to have a quick meal while we were out doing errands.

How do you eat a baked potato with no knife? I’ll ask the drive through the next time I’m there.

Ok I normally don’t eat fast food (except Burgerville) but I was about to die of starvation the other day and was driving by Wendy’s and thought I haven’t eaten here in about 2 decades so I shall give it a try!
Sorry I cannot report on any burgers or fries, BUT I did have what is probably the tastiest salad I have eaten in a hellalongtime!
It is brand new and contains greens (the kind that look like weeds), fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries, chicken, a bit of Asiago Cheese and a small packet of sliced toasted almonds. Also the dressing is some fruity and fat free yummy delight!
It was so fresh, the greens did not have that chemical taste I have developed an aversion to and the fruit was absolutely fresh and firm. I cannot wait to get another one!
I was literally blown away, so much in fact I emailed Wendy’s about it! They will have the nutrition information on their website but emailed it to me in the meantime. If you want it give me a shout!

Never had a problem there… and have been several times. Had a frosty tonight.

The best spicy chicken sandwich for fast food.

This Wendy’s had plenty of room, dining area was clean. Lady who rang us up spoke poor English but the order came out just as ordered. Food was as to be expected from Wendy’s. There is plenty of parking. One thing they do that is an udder waste is give you a new cup with every refill. This is soooo f-​ing messed up, if a family of 4 normally gets 2 to 3 refills you will be forced to use 7 paper cups! Blah shame on you Wendys!

Avoid. Shitty customer service. Had a drink shoved into my hand and in the same instance had my bag of food snatched out of my hand within 0.2 seconds of receiving it so she could make sure she didn’t mess up my simple order.
My cheeseburger has no cheese.
