Zest Floral and Event Design

As of now, I’ve attended three weddings (including my own) where Zest did the floral design and each was absolutely stunning! Hailey is amazing and worked with me to design my wedding to look exactly how I wanted it. She has an incredible eye for wedding design and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out! (In addition to flowers, we also ordered table linens and a few other décor items through Zest — all of which were gorgeous!)
The process of working with Zest was great. Not only is Hailey a total sweetheart, but she goes through everything with you step by step, she asks all the right questions, then breaks down all costs for you so everything is crystal clear.

Hailey and Caitlin were so fun to work with. They made our mandap beautiful and really took the time to go through every detail regarding the florals. Each proposal was detailed and included every item so there were no surprises regarding the items we were paying for. The reception and ceremony were both gorgeous and I have numerous people tell me the flowers looked as if they came out of a magazine!

Zest Floral Design was recommended to me by our wedding coordinator and I’m SO glad we chose them! From the very beginning, working with Hailey and Caitlin was such a pleasure. They were so enthusiastic about helping me with my «vision» for flowers and the reception in general and I felt that they genuinely cared about my preferences and budget. We had a consult call where I talked about the colors I wanted, the kind of flowers I liked and the general feel of the wedding venue and reception itself. I shared some pictures of colors and arrangements I liked from Pinterest and right away Hailey understood the look I was going for! I definitely micro-​managed a lot of my wedding planning, but I completely trusted Hailey and her team to design the florals from just the consult alone. I was blown away by how gorgeous the bridal bouquets were and how perfect the ceremony and centerpiece arrangements were!!! They exceeded my expectations! I got compliments ALL night about how beautiful my flowers were and I truly owe it all to Zest! Not only were the floral designs beautiful, but everyone at Zest was so incredibly kind and friendly; even the sweet girl who delivered our flowers the day of the wedding! Zest Floral helped make my dream wedding a reality!

We didn’t really know precisely what we wanted for flowers and décor for our wedding, but Hailey helped us define it. Her artistic design took hold of what we had envisioned over time, and the wedding day turned out absolutely gorgeous! She even added a few little details on the wedding day (rose buds on napkins at the table setting) that were beautiful and our guests loved it!
Hailey gave us suggestions for types of flowers to stay within our budget, and still meet the visual effect we were going for. She was so easy and fun to work with!!! We would recommend Zest for weddings and really any big event florist! :)

Hailey and her team at ZEST are such a joy to work with! Hailey brings so much creativity, and passion into each project she works on. She is so accommodating and has such a contagious personality. I would absolutely recommend ZEST for your next special event and can guarantee you will be in love with your florals!

From our initial meeting all the way up through the wedding day, Hailey @ Zest was amazing! I loved that each of our meetings were with Hailey herself, not with an assistant or other staff. She had great design sense and gave honest feedback. Hailey was also open to repurposing some of our flowers, which saved us a bit of money. On the wedding day, I spotted Hailey at our reception venue, and she came up to me and told me how gorgeous I looked and made me feel all bridal :)… In the meantime, I peeked into one of the reception rooms, and I was blown away! The flowers were so lovely, and the colors and shapes were artfully arranged to complement the room. All our guests were in awe of our rooms, too. :)
Lastly, I just need to note how darn NICE Hailey is! She always greeted my fiancé and me with a smile and a hug, and her cute doggie usually trotted over to say hello, too. :) I always felt that Hailey focused all her time, attention, and energy on us and our wedding. All of our brainstorming, comments, and feedback were noted by Hailey and executed so beautifully in our final design. Thank you!

Wow, the flowers Hailey put together for my wedding were just gorgeous… even prettier than I imagined! It was so exciting to see the wedding venue for the first time with the flower arrangements and bouquets. Hailey also added very sweet and thoughtful personal touches that were such a delight to discover. She is such a talented floral designer and also a joy to work with!
