Crystal Touch Laundromat

This laundromat is very convenient. Although it’s right around the corner, I wish there was another laundromat nearby as this one is very, very small. I am doing the laundry as I write this review, and surprisingly enough, it’s not as crowded as I dreaded it to be (and everyone knows that Sunday is the WORST day to do the laundry). But the sun’s out, the lady who works there is in a good mood, and it’s not crowded. I am a happy camper.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I just got off the phone with the lady working there and she was very rude. I had washed my clothes there once before and they told me I had to buy a whole container of laundry detergent or I had to bring my own. I came back with my own detergent for them to use. It was a lot of detergent. Much more than what was needed for the few loads of laundry I had.
When I came to pick up my laundry there was no detergent left over. Or at least they didn’t give me any of my leftover detergent back to me.

My housemates and I all used to go to this laundry mat because of the close proximity, but all of us have experienced the same horrible service with their washer/​dryer and customer service. I’m not expecting a clean or pleasant place to do my laundry, but this is too much.
The washers/​dryers constantly eat quarters or have an error sign. You ask for help with the attendants and they act like its your fault the machines don’t work. To be fair, they will at least repay you the quarters it ate.
The attendants are the rudest people I’ve ever met. God forbid you ask for help or change for quarters and they’ll say out loud you’re wasting their time or that they’re not on the clock yet. HOW am I supposed to know if you’re not on the clock?
The premise is dirty (and so ridiculously hot), the machines don’t always work, and the people are just rude! I don’t care about proximity anymore, from now on I’m walking however far to the next laundry mat before I spend another minute here.

When Crystal Touch Laundromat tells you same day service, they meant it! I received my 200 lbs of washed/​dry clothes folded and organized. Now, I am confident to use their dry cleaning. They do free pick-​up and delivery. I will use them again. To add, their prices are fair.
