I requested a tow truck at 8:53am while my car sat in the middle of a very busy street during rush hour. I was originally told 45 minutes for arrival. 20 minutes later I was told 60 Minutes. It is now 11:15am and they are telling me another 25 minutes. Horrible service. I cancelled them and requested another towing company!!!
