First time for lunch. Although the food was ok, the service was extremely slow! Not usually the situation in the past. Food was just mediocre.

It’s ok. Drinks are way overpriced. A 9oz glass of house wine is $ 15! A mixed drink is $ 12. The food is decent, but overall not worth the price for the experience. Good service though.

Had a wonderful experience at this Carrabbas restaurant last night. It started with the hosts opening the door for us upon arrival, sat us quickly, waiter was friendly and prompt, and great food. Love the new Strawberry salad. Will definitely visit this location again the next time I’m in the area.

Good service, nice meatball app and warm bread. Atmosphere is clean and upbeat, really liked the house salad. The veal chop was way under cooked(asked for medium and it was rare) and the steak was awful quality– tendon down the middle and very grainy. We made a comment about the meat and nothing was done.

We(2 of us) went on a Saturday night at 9pm, greeted and seated immediately. We were one table out of 5 on that side of the restaurant(good 25+ empty tables). We waited just under 30 minutes for someone to come over to take our order. Although, plenty of staff standing around the grill area. We were getting up to leave when finally someone came over to let us know someone would be over in a couple minutes. We were given stale bread, my husband’s soup had a bone in it but my salad was fine. Our meals were very disappointing. We had Veal parm & Chicken parm, spicy sauce on the meat and bland sauce on the pasta. Only a small spoonful of pasta and barely any meat, was very disappointing for the high prices. Ladies room definitely needed servicing. This was our first and last visit.

They don’t disappoint. Every time I come everything is great. Very reasonable prices too. So they did disappoint. I ordered Alfredo. It was extremely water and tasteless. Pretty much awful. This is an Italian restaurant. They should be able too accomplish Alfredo.

Angry, angry bartender, she should actually probably get a new job since she appeared to hate it so much, as for the food and Kyle the waiter A+++++++, the only thing making me not want to come back is the fact that this bartender probably needs a super large tampon. Ordered pork tenderloin and chicken chianti to go. The side salad was brown and wilted and the main dishes were small portion for the 35 dollar bill. How disappointing. Traveled 30 miles to go there. Never again.

Things have changed, we used to go here a lot. I like the 600 calorie chicken Bryan, can’t get that anymore. Menu has changed, not for the better, a lot of our favorites are not available anymore. Dissapointed.

Went with my Wife on Monday 3÷14÷16 after a very long day. Greeted wonderfully. Sat and waitress greeted us great, brought our drinks. Waited a long time to have to ask for equal for her iced tea. Food came and received spaghetti and meatballs, I asked for one sausage as well. They did not bring me a spoon, In an Italian restaurant I have never received spaghetti without a spoon until now??! I asked the server who brought it for a spoon(He was not the waitress), It never came. 4 minutes later the waitress comes and she gets me a spoon. The portion of spag. was ok but watery, the meatballs were very small and the sausage was good. For almost 16.00 it was definitely NOT worth it. My Wife got the chicken parmigiana and she got 18 pieces of rotini and the chicken was pretty small and mass produced. For almost 19.00 again definitely NOT worth it. Overall I will not be back as way expensive and service was not that great.

I have to say, I was never one for this place until they had their menu change. I love the linguine with clams. It is so delicious! The only thing I wish is that their portion sizes be larger. For 15 – 18 dollar plates I think the portions could be larger. That is the only reason I did not give fiver stars. Their service is top notch, never had an issue with any of the servers. They are so friendly and attentive.

Things seem to be a little«off» at our local restaurant. We haven’t been in a while but were surprised by some of the changes. One of the shrimp dishes that I loved had gone :-(other than that service was somewhat, not as it should have been. Waited 20 mins for bread! No water offered at all. I ordered a glass of wine but was not offered different sizes. Food was good but mmmmmm dunno if I’d go back just wasn’t as I remember

We came for lunch and wound up leaving to get dinner. I chose this restaurant to take my father to for his birthday as we have always had good experiences there. The visit started off much like every other one with a very short wait prior to being seated. Things first seemed a little off when we had to wait longer than normal for a drink order. The drinks came pretty promptly, however that was the last we saw of our waitress for about 45 minutes. When appetizers finally came to the table they were cold, came about 20 minutes apart and poorly put together. I found this hard to believe because there was a large group of staff standing around conversing as there were tons of plates sitting and waiting to be brought to tables. We ended up waiting so long that we ultimately had to get up and just go and get pizza after our waitress walked by our table several more times and didn’t even acknowledge our existence. I will definitely think twice before entering this establishment again.

For an Italian chain, this is one of the better ones. I only give 3 stars for a couple of reasons. We went on a Thursday night, it was pretty busy so we sat at the bar as it was just my husband and I. Took a good 10 mins for the bartender, Cindy, to even acknowledge us. Once she did she was pleasant but you should at least greet people and say you’ll be right with them or something. Husband ordered a steak, which was cooked exactly as he ordered(med rare) although they forgot the sauce for it, they eventually brought it. Not a fancy presentation at ALL on the plate(see pic) not even a sprig of parsley or Rosemary to make it look pretty. Here’s the weird part… I ordered one of the wood-fired pizzas, with pepperoni, onion and extra cheese. They brought out his steak and it was quite some time before my pizza came out. I told him to start eating, if he didn’t, his $ 30 steak would have gotten cold. They have ways to keep stuff warm, why, in a party of 2, would they do that and have one person sitting there twiddling their thumbs? If the pizza was outstanding this may be 4 stars but it was NOT. If I didn’t say extra cheese I imagine I’d have gotten none, because there was barely any! One piece of pepperoni per slice and red onions. Was just not great at all. Step it up Carrabba’s!

This was our 2nd visit. The first was fine, but the second could have been better. No one waited on us for almost 20 minutes. One waitress finally came over and took care of us(we weren’t one of her assigned tables, but at least she noticed us!). The food was so-so. The pasta side dish offered with many of the entrees was VERY spicy, so the waitress kindly brought mashed potatoes to go with the chicken marsala. It was just okay; a whole boneless chicken breast covered with a little dark brown gravy and few mushrooms. Wouldn’t order it again. I may go back sometime, but not in a hurry to.

We took my brother here for his birthday last night and what a great experience! They offered us a booth for our party of six but were more than happy letting us move to a table. Our waitress was polite, prompt, attentive and didn’t break stride when faced with the chaos that is our typical family get together. The food was timed and cooked perfectly. At the end of the meal, the offered my brother a complimentary birthday dessert and served it with a candle. They don’t sing but that was fine with us, even though they all looked like they could carry a tune. Five stars across the board!

The quality was really poor. The pork tenderloin was too salty, under cooked and a fatty cut of meat. So disappointing after such a positive experience at other locations. The restaurant wasn’t very clean either. The service was great. But to make up for the bad food they give me $ 8 off coupon to return. I don’t want to go back.

I cannot say enough about this restaurant. The manager Danny goes above and beyond, this place is a tight ship. The food is delicious, portions are just the right size, and quality is above what I expected. I ordered the wood-fired chicken; the chicken wasn’t overcooked, the potatoes were fresh, my salad was delicious. I will be returning without a doubt.

I gave this place second chance Friday night, and now I’m sure I will never bring my family here again. The waiter was extremely awkward, and hovered right over me, to the point that I could feel his breath; in addition, a waitress asked another customer to move, and said«I’m going right where you’re standing» so the elderly woman walked slowly out of her way(at which point the waitress walked a path in which the poor old woman assuredly would NOT have been in her way), and a third waiter put his serving tray down directly in the path everyone takes to walk by, so a line of seventeen people backed up, encircling dining patrons, and making nearly everyone in the dining room uncomfortable. The drinks we got were priced at $ 9, and we sent one back because there was something floating in it — it was not taken off our check because, as were scolded by the bartender, «It has homemade sour mix, so it was supposed to be like that.»(even though my fuzzy-floaty-free drink was the exact same thing. Oh, and those $ 9 drinks suddenly jumped to $ 11 and change, without anyone telling us. Our fault for not asking I guess? The last part was the food — our eleven year old child got a plain spaghetti and meatballs; except it only came with one meatball… which were told is «the way it is.» This was off of the kids meal, even if they were smaller ones, I would understand… but that was just ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as the chicken parm that I ordered. You see, at this fine Italian establishment, if you want pasta with your chicken parm? Well, you have to ask for it ahead of time… and it costs extra… My wife got a shrimp scampi type of meal, and it was actually pretty good! But unless going there for just that, don’t mind dirty drinks and rude waitstaff, I would stay away from Carrabba’s.

I recently had(another) misfortune of ordering from Carrabbas in Bedford on Father’s Day this year. Most of my $ 117.00 order was messed up in some way. Sides were forgotten, extra bread that was asked for at curbside was forgotten, one salad was wrong and all salads had the wrong dressing. To add insult to injury the ravioli was burned. I have pictures but cannot append them to this contact us form. I didn’t figure these issues out until I got home,(40 miles away). I preliminarily called the store and spoke with Matt who offered to mail a $ 25 gift card. At the time when I called, we had only noticed two issues — one with a forgotten side dish and the other, a lack of extra bread. It wasn’t until AFTER I spoke to Matt that we noticed the burned raviloi, incorrect dressings and one wrong salad. After tipping over $ 6.00 and assuming I was being properly taken care of at the curbside, I feel like I’ve been ripped off. I will take this opportunity to note that there is a pattern of bad take out I’ve had from this Carrabbas location where 75% of the time they get something wrong. You’d think I’d have learned my lesson but evidently I haven’t. I did take about 4 months off from going to this Carrabbas in Bedford due to bad take out experiences. At this point I’m going to take 4 years off. I’ve been reading that the owner Danny Somaru has turned things around at this location. I personally haven’t seen that… seems like bad experiences are the norm for me and the car side carryout service. I wanted to let everyone know. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – UPDATE: Today, I was contacted by the Northeast Regional Operations Manager for Carrabbas. He was more than professional and has taken responsibility for the situation. I am thrilled at the response time and method of handling this. Kudos to him for genuinely caring!

Below average chicken Marsala. Beef kabobs were both overcooked. We sent one back and it came back overcooked again. The meat was also substandard and grisly. Seems to be no quality control. I would not eat here again.

This is by far our favorite place to eat as a family of 4 or just the two of us on date night. Friendly staff, great variety of outstanding food. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. There is call ahead seating which is a good idea on a fri or sat night. Always a great experience here!

This place is a joke. The«owner» spends more time sexually harrassing his employees than making sure his guests are happy. One of the«bosses» was literally screaming and berading employees in front of customers. The staff is more concerned about gossiping and flirting with eachother than actually doing their jobs. Your food is disgusting and your staff doesn’t know anything about customer service. Don’t waste your money here!!!

I was really disappointed. I feel like every time I go to this restaurant the food is worse than the last time. The bread and EVOO& herbs is still delicious & Caesar dressing on side salad still great, but it seems like they have changed the recipes for everything else. The calamari was overly salted and very peppery. The red sauce that accompanied it was plain. The«spiedino di mare» was salty and the bread crumbs were soggy. The veggies were wrinkled and seemed old. The chocolate sogno was just okay… Didn’t taste like it was made in-house. The service was good in general, but they didn’t ask how the food was until we had finished eating.

When traveling, finding a restaurant can lead to indecision and anxiety. I am so thankful that the reviews for Carrabba accurately reflected the true quality and freshness of the food and atmosphere. As a society we become so complacent to poorly prepared over preserved food and conditioned to lower expectations. Thank you, Danny, for restoring my faith that there are restaurants interested in serving real food with real flavor and made super delicious! I do not know when my path will bring me to Bedford, NH again, but when it does, dinner at Carrabbra’s will defiantly be on my list!
