Broke buttons off of my jacket and could not locate my items with the information I provided to them at drop off even though after they did find items had the correct information. I also had to go back because they removed some personal items from the jacket and did not give them back to me at time I picked up. There also was hair and lint all over my jacket and shirts when I took them out of the bags.
