I am local, this is the third time in less than a month that my order has either been messed up or the just plain forgot part of it. When I contacted them(after I got home) they said I didn’t actually pay for what j said I paid for. After i told them I have my receipt and I can ensure I paid for what I ordered, they told me I can come back and get what they didn’t give me initially. They were not nice about it though. Just very frustrating. I ordered two things and paid $ 17 just to find out half my order was missing.

Not really a review, just some data points. LJS menus are not the same everywhere. The east coast and west coast menus are different. Also, the ones co-located with KFC have different(limited) menus when compared with the stand alone LJS places.

love LJS, it’s my fav fast food joint, but lately the re-branding and repositioning of their price points to being a premium fast food chain is a bit disturbing. My last trip to LJS, specifically the one on Bedford was a bit of a rim job. It has been one year between my visit Sunday and the last time I Was in this LJS but the prices jumped a whopping 40%. I ordered a two piece fish, and fries with a drink.($ 6.79) and added a piece of chicken($ 1.79) The add a piece was always like a buck. I grumbled when it became a a dollar and thirty nine, but now almost two dollars! Now for an average platter is $ 8.99 plus a drink, so meal is almost as much at LJS as it is to go to a chain restaurant like Denny’s or Bob’s! It’s higher than most premium fast food joints like Five Guys or Chik Fil A. I love LJS, but sadly they are pricing themselves under.
