If you don’t choose to do the auto-pay. They do not send you a bill and the day after its due, they send you a «courtesy» e-mail at 3am to tell you your one day past due and your locked out. I park a trailer there and need to get it out everyday. I’ve tried to resolve the issue but there web-site does not work properly. I’ve asked them to just send me a monthly bill like 99% of all companies do, but can’t seem to get help. Paying the bill on time is not an issue, I just need a monthly bill for tax reasons… good luck.

This is a great location, easy accessible and very friendly personnel. Have never had a problem with them and they are very reasonable compared to others in the area.
