Sonic Drive-In

Placed a big order — 2 orders wrong. Asked for extra ketchup got none. Asked for extra napkins got just a few. 3 young boys, when an order is messed up its a big deal.

The worst fast food ever. No courtesy at all. The Manager don’t help nothing after I complain about the associate and either I ask for the other store in the area, he didn’t say anything and just gave me the address. UNBELIEVABLE

I was here yesterday and ordered a small coke zero. Didn’t get a reciept and the car-​hop took my card inside to run it. Today when I checked my bank statement I saw that I had been charged $ 9.00 for a small drink (plus the cash tip I gave her). I drove out there today and spoke with the manager, he was able to pull up my transaction and saw that she had over charged me, then he comes out with $ 7 and some change. He couldn’t even comp a small drink after I had to go out of my way to drive back up there to fix their mistake? Really? The waitress seemed really shady, I’m sure she is hoping nobody looks at their statements and pocketing the difference. And I had already given her almost a 100% tip!

Friendly fast service the food was good I have been here a number of times always had a good experience

Guess I went in before I noticed this location only carrying one and a half stars. Now I know. Yes, it is a sonic, and yes they are pretty busy, don’t know why. Their speaker system sounds like Charlie browns teacher and they got my order wrong! How tough can it be to write down burger with mustard and tater tots? Maybe they are saving the tots cause I didn’t get any, Wanna wait while we go get some and figure out how much more you owe is? No.

I ordered a Grill Chicken Wrap today at 1pm. When I went to eat it at work, there was a big piece of chicken fat in it and the chicken wasn’t fully cooked (pink inside). Please tell your stupid kids in the kitchen to FULLY COOK the food before they kill someone. I will never eat at this Sonic again.

I hate to beat the dead horse again… BUT…I was heading home and my son begged for Sonic so I went against my better judgment and stopped at this location. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!! My tater tots were cold but the worst thing was my son’s gravy was PURE LIQUID… YES, WATER OR A MILKY SUBSTANCE THAT WAS UNEATABLE!!! How do you explain to an 8 year old that some people just don’t care about doing a good job at their jobs and some places just have NO concept about customer service!!! Answer? You can’t! I refuse to go to this location again because IT IS ALWAYS SOMETHING!

OMG — if I could give them a Zero, I would. The last time I got chicken nuggets and found three dead roaches in the bottom of the cup. Yes — the bottom — that means I had eaten almost all of them. I will NEVER go back to Sonic.

ordered a 4# & had one piece of bacon on it& it was so black and crunchy. they asked me if I wanted ketchup with my onion rings, replied yes. after car hop delivered she confirmed ketchup was in bag. there was none& it took them 10minutes to bring me more. I seriously am disappointed at my Lunch choice. will not be coming back here again. on receipt it says to contact Adam fox @ 9 402 309 986 for complaints. honestly why should I? & assuming he is the manager of the store, what could he say or do at this point.

The worst ever. They don’t know the difference between a Hamburger from Onion Rings. Sad to say they stink!!!

I live extremely close to this Sonic, I refuse to go here. I rather drive down to Euless-​Main to that Sonic.
1) This Sonic is ridiculous to get to, you can’t cut through any parking lots to get here, and if you’re lucky someone won’t be blocking the entrance to get in.
2) They can’t get drink orders right.
We ordered a Grape Sprite, Peach Sprite, and Diet Cherry Coke during happy hour, they somehow first brought us the wrong drinks. Completely unaware of what was going on, then they somehow managed to get the drinks wrong when they brought them to us.
3) SLOOOOOOOW
This isn’t my first time with this Sonic. I would come and show up, order something simple like Mozzarella Sticks, and end up sitting there FOREVER, meanwhile I’m the only car there.
Or, I order something, and the car next to me gets their order first which is larger than mine and came after my order. I understand, that it takes X amount of time to make the food, but I believe in first come first serve, and quit being jerks about my food.
Staff always fine, they’re just slow and don’t know how to get an order correct. Don’t waste your time sitting through the constructions, just go to QT across the street for a damn soda and hot dog!

Service is great. Friendly ppl. However they don’t have coke zero but they won’t tell u, they will just switch you to diet coke! and they’re inconsistent with other sonics as far as their deals are concerned.

One of the better Sonic’s in the area. Try the Diet Cranberry Limeade!

If you live in the Mid-​Cities area, heed my warning, DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC!!!
We have lived in Bedford for about 2 years now and have, unfortunately, visited this Sonic quite a few times and EVERY time there has been something wrong, and last night was the last straw.
We got there around 9:30pm and pulled up to a car port, along with about 5 other cars that were there waiting, and when we pushed the button to order, a snotty-​nosed-​annoying kid said, «Sorry, we’re closed for repairs» and that was it. WHAT!!! You’re closed?! I don’t see a sign, the lights are all still on, we’ve waiting here for about 10 minutes deciding on what we want and no one ever came out here to tell us so we wouldn’t WASTE our time!!! I pushed the button again, thinking I may be hearing things, and then a deeper voiced gentleman said, «Sorry, we are closed for repairs.» Livid doesn’t even describe it…
The few times that we went there, they could never make a good cherry limeade (the FOUNDATION for any Sonic restaurant), their shakes were always runny and never smooth, and they never had any ice to buy! Seriously, they were and are the WORST Sonic Drive In out there.
Stay away! Drive the few miles north to the Sonic off of 121 and Hall Johnson, you’ll be very satisfied. It’s time the management took notice of their poor service. Share this review with anyone you know living in the Mid-​Cities area… let them hear our voice!
