Wrong TNail, I thought it may have been a sister property with the one in Irving… no. Very rude. Not clean at all. It does not look as professional as other nail salons you would see. I won’t go back.

One of the most painful waxes ever! Would return for nails but never again for a wax! Fast and friendly. $ 6 wax… I guess you get what you pay for.

Love Ms. Natalie, very careful with your nails and her shop is very clean. Will always go back

This place as suggested to me so I tried them out. First time my solar nails chipped and cracked within the first 3 days and fell off after a week. I decided to give them one more shot seeing as they are conveniently close and relatively affordable. I did acrylic and I had to ask the lady twice for them to file them down again this time.

In response to the previous post, Ms. Dao — Natalie — had to go to Vietnam for her mother’s funeral. I think she was gone about 2 weeks. She is a very gracious, lovely lady and no one should take offense at what anyone else says or does. Theresa, who does the pedicures most of the time, is also wonderful. Please give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve been going there about 5 years and while Natalie was gone I had to go to another shop. YIKES! What a mess. I was so glad when Natalie came back.

NO idea what happened recently that Ms. Dao has not been in the shop the last two times I’ve gone. Instead, her partner has been rude, abrupt, and seemingly unwilling to provide the pleasurable experience that we go to a Nail Shop for in the first place. The last(and I do mean last) time that I went in to try and get a pedi, she was so rude that I just put the polish back and walked out. Confusing to me: I’ve been maybe 4 times, and I have ALWAYS been the only customer there, at least at the beginning of my pedi. If you’re obviously struggling for business, wouldn’t you be just a bit personable and grateful?
