We have been at The Children’s Courtyard for about 2 years now. We absolutely love it there! You have issues that arise when children are involved, but anything that has ever come up, the teachers and directors have handled it professionally and with care and concern. I have never found this facility to be dirty in any way and no over crowding in the rooms. They may occasionally have 1 or 2 extra kids in a class for a short time when a teacher is on break, but usually another teacher comes in to help. My daughter loves it here and we plan on staying a long time.

The director and preschool manager are less than pleasant. They cater to the free spirited child which means if said free spirited child is being violent towards your child they will do nothing about it for months.
The children sound like they have kennel cough due to the dirty conditions and classroom overcrowding. They cram as many kids as they can in 1 room. My daughters class got up to 25 when I pulled her out.
I paid fall registration and when I asked for it back the director refused. I was able to get a partial refund after contacting the district manager.
