Food is consistent, it’s easy to do when you follow the same recipe across the country. The staff is usually good, but sometimes you get a bad egg. The drive up «to go» is terribly mismanaged; best to just take the family and go eat inside.

It’s been a while since I visited Applebee’s, but their menu had quite a few new and interesting items. The steak entrees were well received by my friends. However – don’t bother with the ribs. Very dry, and very tough. The jewel weekday restaurant in the area has much better! The child in our party was given mac and cheese. Again, don’t bother if your child is a fan of Kraft’s. This mac and cheese was so dry it stayed in a block in the bowl. Service was pleasant but evidently the server had trouble pushing the right buttons to enter our order, so one of the party got something totally different than requested. There was an offer to put in the correct item, but who wants to wait another 20 minutes while everyone else dines? There was no adjustment on the check for the error.
Don’t think I’ll be back soon. Too many other places in Bel Air to visit.

My wife and I visited recently for the half price appetizer special. I ordered mozzarella sticks and boneless wings. I drank water since the draft beer selection was poor. Our food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The mozzarella sticks were good but the chicken was already cold. How do they do that?

We love Applebee’s and this one is pretty much like all the others we’ve been to. Polite staff, especially to our five yr old, crayons are a must! However the new items that they end up keeping on the menu seem to go downhill the longer its on the regular menu. The Honey pepper chicken and pasta used to be amazing, however clearly the cooks don’t think they need to keep up the quality anymore.

As soon as we walked in, there was a Server telling the hostess «its not her job”(to seat guests). Same server appologized to another server for having to take the table of a dad and 2 young kids saying «sorry but it IS your turn».right in front of dad and kids and us… Slow service. Dirty silverware. Food semi decent. Now I know why this place is dead. How are they still in business? Havent been here in years, dont think we’ll be back. I wish ruby tuesday didn’t close

I haven’t really gotten any bad service. Food is usually alright. Some of their food isn’t really good. Just average.

We hadn’t been to Applebee’s in a while so I was happy to use a gift card to go back there. It will be a while before we go back again. The service was slow and the food sub-par.
The chicken tenders and shrimp were over cooked and the fish and chips was way too greasy. The waitress may have been slowed from dealing with other customers who were unhappy with their food. The waitress took my gift card but did not deduct it from the bill.

My wife and I just had dinner here. The waitstaff was fine and we did not experience any service issues. The food was served hot and in a timely manner. Never had to ask for a drink refill. Over all my impression is favorable and I will be back.

Nothing ever tastes fresh here. I use to keep going and going hoping it would get better, but it hasn’t, so I haven’t been in probably a year or so. I’d recommend Taco Bell instead =)
