Great server, very entertaining and had great customer service but that is where the stars end. The buffalo chicken dip had 5 pieces of chicken and not worth the price. The burger was not medium like we asked for and our salad had dry chicken and the avocados tasted fake.

Not a very inviting place to eat. A strange and uninterested wait staff hands out sticky plastic menus. Crab soup, a basic, is veggie soup without crab or flavor. Total embarrassment. Crab pizza was nasty flatbread with a crab dip with no crabmeat. Save your money. Go to looneys. They at least put crab in their crab dishes. I realize mall rent is high it come on.

Went for wing special on 29 Feb and the facility had not prepared for the evening. Waited 2.5 hours for food and management was not responsive. Multiple parties ended up walking out due to lack of service… this will take some time to forget and try it again! Poor showing by management and kitchen…

Love this little addition to Bel Air! Brings the beach feel to Harford County. My favorite has to be their crab dip and crab sandwich! Drink selections are great too.

This was the first time I’ve been there, and was quite surprised. There were six of us, and everyone liked what they got. I chose French Dip which is a beef sandwich on a toasted French roll and beef broth to dip the sandwich in. I was pleasantly surprised. The beef was the usual flat Sysco beef, but actually tasty, with thin fried onions instead of plain ones in the sandwich and cheese. It came with chips or fries, except that you had to pay extra for the fries. I would definitely go back to try the other menu items that looked equally tempting.

My friend and I stopped by the Harford Mall Greene Turtle for a margarita during happy hour today. The bar was empty except for a few tables with families in the dining room. The bartender took our order for two margaritas then refused to make our drinks. Instead, he walked to the other end of the bar, talked to his coworkers, and printed some receipts on the computer. We waited patiently for about 5 minutes. He continued to find small tasks to do and never once check in or started making our drinks. We got irritated and walked out. Never going back and telling all my friends the same.

Service was good. Thai Pork Tacos was nothing more than a smokey pulled pork soft taco. Thai should not be in the name anywhere. There was no evidence of anything Thai about it. What little bit of «slaw» was on it, could have been left off. There wasn’t enough for taste OR crunch. No spice, no ginger, no soy or even peanut flavor. Just good old smokey pulled pork.

I go here on Thursday when half price foods are the deal of the night. Service is always good. My biggest gripe is they have the worse table tops. They are sticky and really gross. I don’t know if it holds bacteria but we put napkins all over the table.

My family and I had lunch at this location yesterday, Friday 10÷23÷15. Isaac was our server, and what an EXCEPTIONAL job he did! From the moment we were seated, to him introducing himself and everything else to the end — Outstanding! The food, drinks, service, servers, and the restaurant overall was AMAZING! My family and I absolutely Loved him. He even wished my son and I safe travels as we live in NE. We were visiting our family here. Thank you very much for a great job!

Very large and nice outdoor patio type seating. Very large interior as well. Standard service and food for a Green Turtle. It was hard to find via GPS though. It seems to indicate it may be IN the mall. Nope. Faces the Petsmart.

We went for a quick lunch. The service took two hours. We were the only group in the entire restaurant. When I asked to see the manager he told a waitress that he was to busy to see us. Do not go to this green turtle.

My girlfriend and I loved this place! We had their crab dip and it blew my mind away and it was like my 2 – 3 time having crab. My girlfriend is turning me into a Maryland girl!!! And we also had the Mac and cheese and it’s better than my moms!!! Along with the wings OMG everything was just so good. Although I wouldn’t recommend their boardwalk lemonades but I might give them a second chance, it’s just every time I went to sip I got fruit stuck in my straw!!! But it sure was tasty!!!

Flies, flies and more freakin flies! Buzzing all around us as we ate! And we sat INSIDE! Seriously? Close the patio doors! Salad ok, not great. Kinda tired lettuce, some corn and tomatoes, tons of onion straws(good) and a few pieces of chicken. Not worthy of $ 10+, but Mom loves her turkey club and that is all that matters when we go out.

Good food and I love the outdoor seating. Great addition to the Bel Air area. The beer is cold and the selection is massive.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit on Friday night. We waited about 20 minutes for a table. I really like the way that they take your number and text you when the table is ready– it lets you go into the mall and shop if you need to. Our server was very pleasant and our food was surprisingly good. We tried the Buffalo Chicken Nachos, BBQ Chicken Salad, and Blackened Chicken Quesadillas. Our only complaint was that the chicken in the quesadillas wasn’t really blackened, there was actually little to no seasoning on it at all. Overall, this place is a decent place if you want traditional bar food in a traditional pub type atmosphere.

We went to the Greene Turtle late on a Tuesday night. No one was in the dining room so our service was pretty fast. I ordered the French onion soup and the broth was good but there was barely any onions, croutons, or cheese in the soup. I didn’t finish it. Wings were okay but how can you mess them up? Crab Mac and cheese was expensive and tasted fishy, almost like tuna. I would maybe wait a little longer until they get their act together to go there again. It was expensive and not worth our money.
