Second time coming during lunch. Not crowded at all but waited 45 minutes for lunch and I ordered a Cobb salad. Not sure why service is slow. Food was good, establishment was clean.

Came here with the wife for a night out midweek. The place looked very clean.
The service was not too bad. The major downfall. Was they rushed our food. The buffalo wings were not even hot. And my wife’s shrimp & lobster was almost cold. ???
The drinks were pretty good. There’s really no way to mess a fountain soda.
We cut the night short because we starting feeling sick. So we just went home.
I don’t think we will be coming back anytime soon. Tgi’s used to be better then this.

Went there for a late lunch, not busy at all… First I tried using the Friday’s app to pay my bill and was told it doesn’t work here… they lose the tab… WTF…why offer it on the app?
Ordered French onion soup, brought out chicken noodle, was told it would be brought out. Never showed, except on the bill. Also tried logging into WiFi and kept getting an error from Google. Will think twice before I come here again!

There was no wait at 7pm in the evening, that should have been my first clue. The service was fine but the food left a lot to be desired. I had a steak that was flavorless. The fried shrimp tasted ok but the tails were tough as leather. The mashed potatoes were INSTANT!!! Come on are you kidding me??? Instant mashed potatoes in an expensive restaurant such as Fridays! They were dry and tasted like cardboard. My wife had the Jack Daniels chicken & ½ rack of ribs. The chicken was dry and the ribs looked and tasted like they were left out for hours and she had the god awful mashed potatoes as well. I have to say that you could have filled holes in a wall with the potatoes were her exact words. This was a birthday celebration I wish we would have done elsewhere. Upon telling the hostess of our displeasure the table next to us complained as well. Even after the 20% discount it wasn’t worth it. Just awful. Never again Fridays!

Arrived near noon…35 mins for soup and salad, come on. Iced tea tasted like it was from yesterday. Second glass was ok. Foods ok, service ok, wait Not ok for lunch food. I really think they were not ready to serve up the food when they were open for over an hour. I also am a rewards member and I let the waitress know 3 times befor we had the chips and salsa.

Got started rather quickly, but waited 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Got up and left. Went to Noodles and Company down the way. Pitiful experience.

Ordered the pick three option. One appetizer was good, one was not even close to the usual standard. One entrée was cold, the other just didn’t taste very good. Over all, it took 40 minutes to get our appetizer, another 20 to get our entrees, and another 15 minutes to get our desserts that were ordered to go. Our waitress Jess never apologized for the wait or even recognized that the wait was too long. An empty beer glass was cleared from the table, with no offer for another. Don’t bother with this Fridays. It’s just not worth the time, effort, and money for mediocre food and terrible service.
