Service was great and the restaurant was clean. This was my second time frequenting the Lobster in 8 years but I realized why. The menus is appetizing but expensive although they did have a dinner combo options offering soup, salad, main course + desert for $ 16.99. Not too shabby of a dinner option but the rich food doesn’t quiet agree with my digestive track. Cajun chicken & linguine is still lingering. Salad portion was very big and tasty plus the desert was just enough. Cheddar Biscuits are dangerous!

So the pro of my review goes to the taste kf the food. That’s about all that was great. When you think of red lobster you think *dress up* and *great service* and *amazing food presentation*. Well I could get better at chick fil a. The fact that we spent 80 dollars on our bill and it looked like my meal was splattered onto my plate is ridiculous. Our waitresses hair also wasnt presentable. A messy bun that looks like you didn’t care enough to make it look nice. Why do I want to spend my money here if they don’t care to make themselves look presentable.

Three of us dined on a Sunday evening around 8pm. The restaurant was very quiet and not very crowded. The server, Cindy, greeted us quickly and after she politely answered a few questions, we ordered. I ordered the Four Course Feast with Cajun Chicken Linguine Alfredo and my boyfriend ordered the same Feast with the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta, with an added Lobster Tail and an added a Lobster Topped Baked Potato. Our soup, salads and drinks were served promptly. Both the potato/bacon soup and clam chowder were exceptionally delicious. Although, I did not seem to have any bacon in the soup, it was still exceptionally good and served steaming hot. The dinners were served at a nice pace. My Chicken Linguine came our as Shrimp and Scallop by mistake. The server quickly took it away and another meal was prepared. The Lobster Tail my boyfriend got was a little disappointing. It was smaller than he expected, but the taste was adequate. The Lobster Topped Baked Potato was very disappointing. The menu stated the Lobster Topped Baked Potato was an additional $ 3.99. When the bill came, he was charged $ 2.49 for the potato and then another $ 3.99 for the lobster topping, making the rather small potato a whopping $ 6.48!!! There was a very minimal amount of lobster on the potato and certainly not worth $ 6.48!!! We did have a manager visit the table. He apologized for the confusing menu, and reduced the bill by $ 2.49, the charge for the plain potato. The menu pricing was very misleading and the lobster topping was not worth the $ 3.99 making the $ 6.48 way out of line. Both of the pasta dishes were delicious. The deserts were taken home, because we were to full to eat them. Our server was pleasant, very friendly, and cheerful but could have been a little more prompt with getting us the check and checking us out. Other than the check out process, she did a wonderful job.

Horrible management. I was charged for something and uninformed of the up charge happening. The manager looked at me like I was trash and just trying to get stuff free when I brought it to his attention. My meal alone was 40 $. Why would I try to get something free. It was $ 6.00. He asked me ‘so um are u trying to get this taken off or what’s ur goal…’ And kept saying ‘ummmmm’ and giving me a crazy looks. If your server regrets to inform me of something how is that my fault? He was extremely rude and unprofessional. What a shame. Such a good chain has such shitty managers. Next time you want to look at someone like they are just trying to get stuff free make sure my salary doesn’t double yours big Bob.

Steak and shrimp with a side salad, couldn’t beat it. The steak was cooked to my liking and the shrimp where flavorful and an added welcome to the entrée. Their green beans were crisp but not too raw, just how I like them. The service was excellent and the atmosphere for dinning was pleasant. Don’t come here and compare a chain restaurant’s seafood to a seafood joint on the coast because that wouldn’t be fair. Keep in mind that this place offers seafood at reasonable prices to those who probably don’t have access to seafood right off the coast. Thanks for reading my review. This review is based off of my personal experience and opinion.

OMG. I have eaten a lot of seafood in my lifetime, but this one takes the cake. I was raised on seafood from the east coast and I have yet to find a place that is as good as this. A MUSTEAT to visit.

Sorry was so in a hurry to eat when they set down my plate that I forgot to take a photo of my dish. I had the lobster lovers dream. 2 lobster tails with a lobster meat and shrimp Alfredo over linguini. It was fabulous ! While people out there will knock this place, being a chain and mass produced food– 90% of the meals I’ve had are very good. Would I rather have fresh seafood right off the boat, cooked within hours of being out of the water? Sure! But I’m not going to pass up getting lobster and snow crabs when they are available here.

I went to Red Lobster on Monday around 4:00 pm with some friends for a early dinner. The service was quick and friendly, but the waitress was uninformed about the menu. The food was decent, but nothing special. One person in our party ordered the lobster and it was not overcooked, which is always a pleasant surprise. My only problem was that I got food poisoning and was miserably ill later that night. I called the restaurant the following day and spoke to the general manager who apologized, but did not offer or any make any attempt to compensate me for my meal that I was unable to keep(down). I did not ask for anything, however I was surprised that after such an unpleasant experience I was not offered a complimentary meal.

Legend has it that the proprietor of this fine establishment was born and raised in West Philadelphia, PA. He originally aspired to joining an NBA team, but his star-studded basketball dreams were tragically cut short after an unfortunate altercation on the playground resulted in his mother sending him to live with his wealthier aunt and uncle down south. However, his loss eventually became his(and our) gain, because shortly after settling into his new home in Bel Air, he discovered another, equally fiery passion: Seafood. After years of training, he opened his own restaurant, and now serves the freshest prawns in Bel Air.

I called in my order. I ordered the Seaside Shrimp Trio with two sides green beans and fries. When I got there I was directed to go to the bar to pick up my order by the hostess. When I go there my order was ready. The bartender read back my order. He also made sure that everything was in the bag. Go home and to my surprise everything was neatly in the bag. The food was great, and the biscuits were even better.

The service is good amd my food came out hot and fast. One of my food dishes seemed to be slightly under seasoned and another seemed slightly over seasoned(too much pepper in the calamari batter). It was still good, but I’ve had better from Red Lobster. If it wasn’t for their dinner rolls and pina coladas, then I might opt for a local restaurant instead of a national chain brand restaurant.

Used to love Red Lobster. But after eating seafood at more unique places, I realize the food here is so-so. I feel like I’m just getting Sysco items. My husband compares it to buying frozen fish at the supermarket and cooking it ourselves at home. Service was always good, but we just aren’t interested in their food anymore.

There was a point of time in my life where my sister and I would frequent Red Lobster, especially when endless shrimp was happening. Also because at one point in my life I lived in Harford County and at the time, there wasn’t a lot to do. Since then we’ve both moved back down to Baltimore County and we still find ourselves going to this location more than the one in White Marsh. Why? The service is better here and the drinks seem to be stronger. All in all, it’s still a Red Lobster. I suggest going when they have endless shrimp since it’s by far their best deal. And when they say endless, they mean endless. My friend and I checked for our own morbid curiosity. Our waitress then told us stories of people who would go in when they opened, and not leave until they closed. Also about people who would frequently have eating competitions to see who could eat more shrimp. And the cheddar bay biscuits are amazing. Seriously.
