Ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp. The shrimp smelled like it had been sitting out all day. I couldn’t even eat the lettuce around it. The sad part was that the waitress knew the salad was inedible; after a full 20 minutes of avoiding our table, she finally came to our table and affirmed, «You didn’t like it, huh?» Meanwhile, my husband had eaten as much of his mediocre fish as he could. Very disappointing. The tables were greasy, the menu was crusty. The ambiance would probably be nice if you were bowling, too. The crab soup was pretty good, though.

Best crab cakes, shrimp and crab imperial our family has had. Wonderful Cajun platter. Lump cream of crab soup was absolutely terrific. Excellent service. Homey atmosphere and NOT a chain, a big plus in our book. Has a large assortment of non Seafood too.

Solidly good seafood and steak at a great price. Service was friendly. Great mushroom caps, good cream of crab soup and the crab cakes and steak were flavorful and traditional Maryland goodness.

Went once. In a bowling alley. Crowded and slow service. Food was ok. Cream of crab soup was fair. Price was reasonable. I’m won’t go out of my way to eat there but would go back.

FABULOUS!!! One of the best crab cakes I’ve ever had!!! I’ve help Koco’s on Harford Road as the home of the best crab cake, and this may rival that(I’ll have to revisit Koco’s to be sure). GREATPRICES, GREATSERVICE, GREATFOOD! WILLBEBACK!

Worst food I have had in a long time. We sat for over 30 minutes with no drinks being refreshed. Then another 30 minutes before they took our order. The food tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. When I let them know had an allergy and asked about ingredients the server seemed irritated I asked them to check with the cook/chef. We will NEVER go there again by choice.

If good portions of tasty food for a fair price is something you look for, you will find it at the Fisherman’s Catch Restaurant. The«Fisherman’s Catch» is a «Run-A-Way Bill» Favorite … 12÷30÷14

They have a fantastic Maryland blue crab soup. Its in a lovely veggie broth chunked full of crab and veggies. I like this because it didn’t have the heavier creamier broth of bisques or chowders. The crab cakes were good with lots of chunk crab meat and crispy on the outside. I would have preferred a little less mayo but I find finished both cakes with ease nonetheless. The mussels were good and everything was fresh. Combine this with a cold Yuengling and you’ve got quite a meal!

Great lunch specials. Their seafood is amazing. Don’t be put off that it’s attached to a bowling alley. Inside is a bit dated — but the friendly staff and awesome food is what really matters. Crab cakes, crab soup, crab melts and crab imperial are delicious.

My family lives in this part of Maryland so I have been here several times over the years. Its a family friendly seafood restaurant with lots of options. Its in the local bowling alley but don’t concern yourself with that. The restaurant definitely is way more upscale than you would think. I had the shrimp imperial stuffed scallops. The scallops were very well cooked, not overcooked, good sear on them. The shrimp imperial instead was yummy. Got cream sauce. Nice flavor. It came with a standard side salad. My family had a variety of other things and everyone enjoyed their meals. The waitress was very attentive and brought us lots of extras. My mom always likes to eat my croutons of my salad. The waitress brought my mom and aunt a whole bowl of croutons to snack on. She was great and very friendly. I think she was worked there for years. The restaurant does have karaōke on weekends so come early if you want to avoid that. Looks like they have a older bar scene too if you are interested. I am sure the next time I am in Forest Hill visiting family, we will come here again.

A good place for Maryland crab soup, crab cakes and other seafood dishes. The Seafood Greek salad has a l lot of shrimp and bay scallops !! It is located inside a bowling alley… But don’t let that discourage you!

Met the owner while on a cruise and became friends with he and his lovely wife. He said that his crabcakes are awesome, so my wife and I soon visited the restaurant and we LOVED it. Huge, meaty crabcakes AND king crab legs and a TREE-size piece of broccoli! Went back a few weeks after and had the same great experience. Mr. Moe is WONDERFUL!

Heard about this place for some time but could not get around the location in a Bowling Alley. Big mistake on my part. As all of the reviewers previous have stated, the Seafood is Excellent! This is the kind of place that Guy of Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives would love! They are busy enough, so keep it a secret from them. You will enjoy this place.

This is an amazing place, especially considering it is a bowling alley restaurant. Try the salmon(a huge moist hunk of delicious fish) or any dish that contains their seafood imperial(wonderful combo of shrimp, crab, and scallops, in a yummy Imperial sauce). The service can be slow when they are busy, but, for the price, it’s worth the wait.

Great seafood choices Karaōke on weekends Good table service Despite it’s odd location(attached to a bowling alley,) Fisherman’s Catch has very decent food, and great portions. The crabcakes are especially good, not stuffed with filler but almost 100% crab meat. Service is always prompt and friendly as a bonus.
