Your kidding me right no salt or pepper. I can everything I want except that. It’s a first for me. Shows me that their not interested in me or what I want. Just my money. We’ll never again.

Jimmy johns has let their delivery service go. As you can tell by my pictures. The take out service is good. But when you get a sub delivered. You barely get a decent sub. The last two subs i got delivered. The bread was hard & both of them hardly had any meat on them as you can tell by the pictures i uploaded.
When i called them to complain. They said we can give you a $ 3 credit towards your next sub. I just hung up.
Also the take-out i had before tasted like fresh meat. When i got delivery both times they barely tasted fresh.
