I went for my appointment and had Cathy Wright, RN do a fantastic job on the facial. She was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me better understand what I could
do to keep my face hydrated and youthful. She also gave me a sample cream to try before having to purchase, which I will be doing.
I will be scheduling a follow up appointment with her!
Additionally, we discussed the pushing back of appointments and she indicated that they recognize it’s unprofessional and will be more considerate in the future. I believe them.
So, please visit this medi-spa. I chose to update my review, as opposed to remove it, as I wanted people to know, this business does care and is willing to make changes when it comes to customer service.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Well maybe one thing. It is a 45 minute drive for me to get here and if you are not careful you will drive right past it. But once you park and go in you know it was worth the drive.
The place is clean and relaxing and the people are courteous and friendly. They offered me beverages to drink while I waited. However, I did not have to wait long. The staff is also knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions and every one was answered to my satisfaction.
Another perk for me was that this place has Saturday hours.
Never heard of this place before but now I will recommend if anyone asks.
